My best friend confided a secret to me about his sexual life and I don't know what kind of therapy he can take. His sexual life is diminishing due to his poor performance in bed. Any suggestions on how to make his sexual life become active and satisfying for both of them?

It's not uncommon for men to have this problem due to physical reasons. Your friend should see his doctor, there might be medication he could take to help him. If he's having problems due to psychological issues, then he might consider seeing a therapist, either by himself or with his partner.

That is also my immediate advice but he is embarrassed to see a doctor because of his condition. He didn't tell me whether is a physical or psychological problem so I guess consulting a physician is the best thing to do here.

Yup, he needs to see either his family doctor or a sex therapist. Encourage him by telling him that doctors and therapists deal with these issues everyday and there is nothing for him to be embarrassed about. Once he goes and gets help he will feel very relieved that he did.

It is common problem in males nowadays. It’s kind of issue that needs a treatment. I think you should take help from your family doctor and see what all things he recommends for this.
