Its
been a couple of days now but I was so angry when the media started
to act as if the oil was gone. The President of Plackerman's parish
was angry too, because there was oil to clean up and BP was calling
people off the job. He said that they are going to try to make this
go away when there is still much to do. I agree. Then there was all
the disspersent that put the oil into the water column. Thats why
there was nothing to skim when "the Whale" was here. That, and
probably the storms churned things up a bit. What a crock of
you-know-what Now they are asking if things were overplayed! The
seminar that i saw on line is trying to say that there was no oil
on the beaches in the Panhandle. They said it was the "perception"
that kept people away. What a crock! I saw the oil on the beach
when they showed the Governer in Pensecola talking about it. It
wasn't tar balls, it was oil. Then I read about beaches being
re-opened because they went and looked at the water-- they didn't
test it they just looked! Then when people got oil on them they put
up "de-contamination stations"!

One tv station got
samples of water to test, and they had high levels, even though you
couldn't see it with the naked eye. One of the testing containers
burst due to the high levels of the dispurssent, the lab
said!

Well
- (gasp) the Emperor's new clothes look perfectly fine to
me!

(Don't have to
tell you that that is sarcastic!)

All I have to say
is thank goodness for the internet and live videos of the real,
actual reality of this situation in its entirity currently taking
place.

(....so long as
the rest of us keep fighting the good ACLU fight with regard to
'net neutrality' before the corporate mongers have a chance to try
and control and squash it......)

To say that this
whole fiasco is a dumbing-down would be a gross incalculation,
IMO.

....and isn't that
really what it all boils down to?

A
calculation?

You know...a
clearly, logical, mindful calculation.

(The difference
that seperates (according to the law) First degree (caculated)
muder from the lesser crime of I dunno, manslaughter?)

Yep. Me thinks
that is what all this has been about.

A massive
calculation.

Politics isn't
politics anymore.

It's all about
calculation.

Evidently,
something that became a great hit and the seemingly 'new wave' for
whatever the hell they teach in Business schools and Econmics these
days......how best to be nothing more than a simple street
flim-flam game...a slight of the hand con-game - the so-called
'nudge' factor...that it is not so much as it used to be in the old
days...i.e., the specific parameters that set forth of 'who says we
can't???"....but possibly, the much more frighteningly
aspect....(akin to what used to be 'against the law' with respect
of the then called 'loan-sharks' and 'scalpers' whom have NOW
relagated themselves into an arena of what USED to be CLEARLY
against the law).....into, instead....(again) an area that its not
so much who says we can???? (By laws of the land etc...) but a
seemingly slick reversal of said mindset into the sadly public
abyss of......Who (actually?) Says We Cant't????"

Who Says We
Can't??????

(Ya follow me
here?)

Here's my
contention and thinking:

Since the
fricking-fracking US Supreme court decision has now all of a sudden
determined that "Corporations are now considered as
"People"...woulod the reverse not stand as well?

(Meaning) - that
OK - if you are going to 'treat' cooperations as a people or person
with regard to the bottom line of being benign to the back-lash of
campaign contributions... - than should not these same laws apply
with regard to the finanacial rape and malcontent and other acts of
criminal misconduct/mis-deeds not apply as well when said
'cooperation' (acting as a person, let's not forget) knowingly and
willfully inflicts harm upon their (class-action suit perhaps?)
victims????????? via first degree murder of the very validated
"disruption" of causing harm to others - to varying
degrees?

What
about all the oil cleaning machines from Kevin Costner. I guess
they didnt have to use it because the dispersant made the oil
settle down or whatever that was.

Yea. Years of oil
trouble now. Good thing is we wont have to put any oil in the pan
when frying fish because it already has some oil in it,
see.

Here's the June 16th article when BP ordered 32 machines.
http://green.autoblog.com/2010.....orders-32/
I saw him on Larry King Live around that time. Later we heard about
the Whale boat being unable to get at the oil because it had been
dispursed onto the water column; and then "they" said they couldn't
find it.

I can't find
anything on Cosner's plan dated after that. I did find another
hearing of some kind that was poste on you tube 15th of August with
him there, but it is about 15 videos, and too many other people to
listen to. I didn' have the time.
