Craig, I am well and hope you are too!!

When I lived in
the Midwest, they called soda "pop", too. I had no idea what it was
at first, when they offered me "pop"! HA HA

I drink green tea
most of the time. Green tea, jasmine, or oolong.

My Mom,
thankfully, did not ever have diabetes. She had the sweetest
sweet-tooth!! But her Mom (my Grandma) had it, and I think her
younger brother has some kind of sugar problem, not sure if it is
actual diabetes, or some kind of insulin resistance or
