I am not sure who mentioned the song "Held" by Natalie Grant, but I would like to thank you. It is not the kind of music I usually listen to or would have found on my own but I found it to be very comforting.

Is my new favorite. Been #1 for 4 weeks straight 🙂

What a powerful message comes across thru it. Specially to those of us the do suffer on an ongoing basis.

Is anyone familiar with Sheila Walsh's new song "You Raise Me UP" ? I guess it has been arounbd for a while by other artists..but I never knew it until she sang it...so inspiring. Isn't is awesome how these songs about God are so uplifting? Sometimes when I listen they just melt away my pain, my worries, and really show me what is real and what is not.

You Raise Me Up

When I am down, and oh my soul, so weary. When troubles come and my heart burdened be. Then, I am still and wait here in the silence. Until You come and sit awhile with me.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains. You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas. I am strong, when I am on your shoulders. You raise me up—to more than I can be.

You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains. You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas. I am strong, when I am on your shoulders. You raise me up—to more than I can be.

There is no life—no life without its hunger. Each restless heart beats so imperfectly. But when you come and I am filled with wonder. ometimes, I think I glimpse eternity.
