Hi WD,

Seems like we keep "missing" each other - and I know you don't post much any more. I have been a lot this week as I have been home.

Anyway - wanted to tell you that "Stalker Chick" goes to trial tomorrow... they have offered her a deal three different times to no avail.

I will keep you posted on how it turns out. Of course I'm sure tomorrow will be mostly jury selection and such.

Also - don't know if you have read this on any of the threads, but my son and daughter-in-law are expecting triplets! I'm so excited...

Hoping you are well, and you are never far from my thoughts.

Much love,

Zinnie

Hi Zin,

Triplets= 3 x good.

Stalkerchick= 3 x bad!

That reminds me. Was the counselor who wrote in her behalf really Mary Colette Hoff of Seattle WA? Jeez, what have I been living in a stalker factory?

Hey WD,

Heard from my son earlier today. They are hoping to go into closing arguments by Tuesday of this week. The DA feels pretty confident they will get a conviction.

Hoping you are doing well.

Thanks Juanita,

The will go into closing arguments first thing tomorrow morning. Then it is just a matter of waiting on the jury.

She got "out of control" - my son's words three times during the trial. The first time she was warned, the second time apparently they had to subdue her physically, and then the third time she was again warned and told if she continued on she would be removed from the court room. I didn't know they would do that if that person is in fact the one on trial, but I guess so.

My daughter-in-law did go three days last week, and stayed home and rested for two days. She stayed home today, but will probably go tomorrow. She is feeling well, just really tired. Her Dr. has told her in no uncertain terms is she to have any more children within the next two years. Other than that, all is well with her physically, and I'm sure once they have this behind them life will be all that much better.

Hoping you are both well.

Z.

Wow, what an...out of control person. I just can't imagine what kind words Colette had for her. "She hardly ever stalks people, your honor!"

WD! Too funny, sadly too true.

More along the lines of "she was only acting out because of her frustration by not having the closure of a life changing relationship." Or something like that. My son said that when they were reading some of the information from the mental health reports he was so angry he ears were pounding. Which of course worries me about his blood pressure. Remember, his Dad died in his mid 40's from heart trouble.

Anyway, it's done and over. Now just the sentencing.

Finally.

Z,

No closure!!?? As I recall, she dumped him. Then years pass. Then he has a wife and kids. You can't get more closed than that! For Bush's sake, she stalked him like an animal, forced her way into his home and assaulted him while he was holding a child!!!

Yeah I guess you could call it "acting out." If you mean "acting out" her entitlement, disrespect, lack of empathy, and wllingness to emotionally and physically punish anyone who does not automatically comply with her outrageous demands. And acting out her willingness to endanger a child, in the process. No way Jose.

Now mind you, these people, when I desperately begged for help with "D" told me they couldn't "take sides." They sure took sides in your son's case. Just the wrong side.

Just horrifying. If I weren't trying to gain weight I'd go stick my finger down my throat.

Hey WD,

Well don't forget my son never fell for their schtick (sp?), so I'm sure they see her "side" as being the way of light, and possibly my sons bank account as the extinguished candle. What do you think?

Yes, she did dump him, two plus years have passed and he is now married with a family and truth be told? I think it is eating her up that she is no longer the center of his universe. But, ultimately? She would never have given him the love and happiness or the children that he has found with his wife. Remember, she would not have a baby because it would ruin her perfect figure.

Oh well... as I said, it's done and over with - with the exception of the sentencing which will come about soon. I have a feeling the kids will more than likely move long before she gets out, and you had better believe we will be keeping tabs on when she is getting out.

Thanks for your support WD... you're the best!

Much love,

Zin
