hello
I have some social issues. I'm reserved person and I it find hard to talk with people, even with people in my age. When I was in primary school (age 7-14), I was too shy. I've always felt diffrent from others, like I don't deserve to be treated in same way.And then in high school, I was a bit social, but if I compare myself with others,oh then I was so far away from them. I never had a gf, not even a first kiss, even though I;ve been told from others, I'm handsome guy and I know some girls has crushes on me, but I couldnt talk with them because of my social issues. Until now I thought that I have social anxiety disorder. Nowadays, I've finished bachelor studies(I'M 22 YRS old), and I'm feeling completly alone and totally unexperienced in life. When I think for what had happen back in my life, I feel like I missed so many things(especially teenager lifestyle)and it feels like a huge gap in my life which can never be filled in. Living in this way is killing me and I'm so tired of it. What do you think, how do I open mysef up to other, how to be more socil, how to gain sef confidence??
Any advice is highly appreciated. Thank you guy

Well, you seem like a nice person & obviously you have some social skills to be able to get through your education.  I mean one does have to have some interaction unless you got your degree online.  What about hobbies?  Usually like minded people can meet if they single if they both share a similar interest.  Do you enjoy any sport?  Do you hike?  Ride a bike?  Sometimes joining a group of people with similar interests will lead you in the direction of meeting the right partner.  And if you don't, you will still be doing something you enjoy & maybe just making some new friends.

Wishing you well,

One Day

Are you going to do some jobs in the practical life? If yes, then your sense of loneliness is not going to make you exhausted anymore. When you go to the offices for interviews, just talk to the applicants for the same position. It will not only help you gain some knowledge about professional life, but also you will find a way to make friends. Talking is the key towards living a good social life. Those who do not mix up with others, mostly do not talk a lot. And they do not talk a lot, since they do not have anything to share with the others. It is mainly for the lack of creativity. If you creatively look at the education you got, it will resolve your distress in socializing with others within days.

Well first of all relax, don't get too much worked up about it. Because it's not that big of a deal.
Then just remember to be yourself, don't try to make yourself look cool or interesting. Being you is the best thing you can do. There are other tips to help you. Just click here to know more https://goo.gl/RMmBJX and don't forget to smile. Smile
