One carrot, cut into 1" rectangle pieces
One red bell pepper, cut same
1/2 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup white wine (optional)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 pound precooked shrimp
6 green onions, cut same
1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce (in ethnic section at grocery store, cost about $4)
4 oz. wheat or regular spaghetti, or rice noodles, cooked

Saute carrot and peppers in a teaspoon of oil, or just use "Pam". Add chicken and brown. Add wine, simmer till wine evaporates and chicken is cooked thru. And beaten eggs and stir fry till cooked. Throw in shrimp amd green onions, stir well, add peanut sauce, stir and throw in noodles. cook till just heated. Done!

Hi Mama... Ive been a tad run down myself.. keep napping unvoluntarily bewteen tackling the boxes and finding a home for all this stuff I've accumilated, and now it's allergy season. My hears hurt, and my face feels like its as stuffed up as my nose... not good for the ole' equilibrium.
I was so sad to read J's post, but glad she took her temp, and called for help. Its so saddening to read though. 🙁

anyway, it smells Delicious... andI'll get to enjoy it without hubby's furrowed brow, as he is working late this evening... although Im sure there will be leftovers, andhe will eat them, but He likes to critique a little more than I like to be critiqueD.
Oh well... whatever about that.... I thank you again for the recipe.

Love ya'
AW

I rarely had the occasion to taste Thai food. Next time I am invited to a restaurant, I will request it be Thai one so that I can order that dish "Pad Thai".

AW,

You know what was really delicious was the Thai iced tea! Oh my GOSH! I have never had iced tea or any tea with cream! It was delicious!

Okay, enough about food. I had such a wonderful brunch and I am still stuffed even after 5-6 hours. Then, we went to go see the new Orlando Bloom movie, "Kingdom of Heaven" about the crusades. It was gory but good plot.

talk to you later, love,

bonita 😀

Beautiful Bonita,

Check out my thread "Exotic Recipe" on this board and post any recipe Mexican or whatever in it.

That thread will enable us to exchange our culinary arts.

(((HUGS)))
