Not
the psycho from South Dakota. The beauty queen from
Iowa.

I did a week long
road trip with her this summer--from Nashville to Seattle. She had
me laughing so hard and so long that my stomach hurt, my face hurt
and when we stopped for coffee and gas I felt like I was on drugs
or something. And she is such a good singer and musician and soon
to be famous artist. Collaborating with her on music and art is
such a rush!

I was unhappy that
she decided she couldn't hack the Settle weather, was iffy on the
whole idea of men, and took off for three months to California. It
rained once in three months where she was.

I've been biding
my time, laying on the love and praying for her return. After due
consideration, she has decided she wants to be with me and screw
the climate. Wise woman.

I revere her and I
swear I will do everything in my power to make her happy and make
this relationship work. I want to cherish her and protect her and
serve her until the end of my days.

She should be here
by Saturday night.

I am so excited I
feel like I'm gonna puke.

WD,

You
said:

Sounds like
classic cody talk. Nice to have something/someone to be excited
about but, it sounds as though you have put her on the proverbial
pedestal. Do you believe that YOU can maker her happy? You're going
to serve her? I wouldn't want to go too far with that type of
thinking. She's bound to fall off of that pedestal - then what
about you?

Hope it works out
for you.

Actually I like serving the worthy, whether at work or in
friendships. It's my nature.

The woman is far
from perfect. She's impulsive, and has a fiery temper.

But I was in love
with her five years ago and I love her more now than
ever.

I am totally
keeping my fingers crossed.

"Might like to wear cotton, might like to wear silk, Might like
to drink whiskey, might like to drink milk, You might like to eat
caviar, you might like to eat bread, You may be sleeping on the
floor, sleeping in a king-sized bed

But you're gonna
have to serve somebody , yes indeed You're gonna have to
serve somebody, Well, it may be the devil or it may be the
Lord But you're gonna have to serve somebody. _ BoB
Dylan

I think being of
service is a good thing.

But make sure you
get served back!

OMG
MsGuided.....

I can't believe
you quoted those lyrics from Dylan!

Do you know that I
when I first heard that song when it first came out, I bought it
right away - not as a CD....but as a vinyl .45?

(Still have it
today in my closet.)

WOW!

Anyway, not to
drift off the topic of this thread.

To WD, I think
that I have read enough of your prior posts about women to know
(and agree with CraigCo) not to put this "Queen" woman on a
pedastal either...but then, you probably already know that about
yourself anyway ~

I wish you all the
best for a truly healthy, balanced, trustful, respectful and
mutually beneficial relationship for you both.
