Hi.
I am looking for a light to sit on Jigsaw's table or floor that will project a rainbow onto the ceiling.
She has never seen a real rainbow. So sent her the experiment to make a rainbow.
She loves rainbows so much. I would like to find a light, lamp, projector, something that she can turn on and it will shine a rainbow across her ceiling for when she is alone at night in bed.
Any ideas???
Thanks for any help you can give me. Oh, and I am not blessed w/ great wealth so under $50 would be great.

Have you tried the dollar stores? They are filled with beautiful stuff at $ 1 or 2 ???
Also MamaC, there are discount stores that sell things at affordable prices and many of them offer gift certificates.
Perhaps, if you go shopping to these places, you will be inspired by the so many stuff and items they have and all at real cheap reasonable prices.
I hope these tips were helpful!
Sweet dreams!

Thanks SD:
I appreciate the advice. Might do that here even. I'm more a butterfly person, but rainbows are so pretty also. Yes, unfortunately, I don't know how we could get that done, gramma won't even clean up after Jigs. But, let's not go there or I might blow for hours.
Again, thanks for the idea.
Ras: I love $ Stores. But I never go in there and spend just my dollar. I usually spend my mom's and my sis' dollars too. lol They do have some really cool stuff.

yeah, dollar stores are nice to browse in, but there is still the problem of giving it to a person who one only knows through cyberspace.
That's why these internet gift certificates are so cool, because everything is done via the internet.
Even so, with jigs being so ill, I think it would still be hard for her to sit at the computer for a long period of time trying to figure out how to get to the website to pick up her gift certificate. She doesn't seem to be doing well from her last few posts. She always seems to be in a lot of pain and I feel so bad for her.
Mamac, that rainbow light might be more pain and trouble for her at this sensitive time? What do you think??

Thank you to Ras, SD, Ali, Shaney for all your help. And thank you Bonita for the reminder. 🙂
I actually sent her that national geographic kids site so maybe the nurse could help her make a rainbow. They were all great ideas. Will see about what to do when she is better.
Again. Thanks. Just wanted to give her a rainbow smile back. She so deserves that.
