Whose to say that this 'back water' planet of ours was not used millions of years ago as a penal colony for wayward aliens? (Much like Australia had been in the 17th? century). For Ferengi? LOL

Maritan, or what ever. I've heard that the moon is really a space ship. maybe that's where we came from.
Look up Lunar Phenomena.

Me and a bunch of people once watched a giant ball of luminous gas for about half an hour--it looked like it must have been thousands of feet across--slowly rising into the night sky.

I had a 'grey' in my back yard once. He would aparently come out at night. Every morning I would find little mounds of dirt piled up. I got a glimpse of him once. He had long yellow fingernails and two front teeth that resembled a beaver. I tried to make contact with him by yelling at him. I guess they don't speak english.

Is that moon of Saturn the one that looks like the Death Star from Star Wars?

I think so.....it has this equatorial ridge around its equator and looks smashed in. And they say it has a geodesic appearance...when looking at its 'profile'. Makes one think. Ever see those 'Dome' homes? It looks like two huge dome homes welded together and the equatorial ridge is where it was welded together.

Google Mothman. There was a movie a few years ago with Richard Gere called 'The Mothman Prophecies' I believe. It was not really a great movie but it still scared the crap out of me. I didn't know that the mothman is apparently a real thing that people claim to have seen in a certain area of southern Ohio, I think. I am fascinated by these things, like the Bigfoot many people claim to have seen here in Southeastern Oklahoma.

I am now intrigued by the Greys. Robert, you really saw one? What part of the country do you live in? Would scare me to death! I have personally never seen anything strange or unexplainable--maybe because I'm easily scared and couldn't handle it if I did.

My mom and I were driving back from New Mexico a couple of years ago and ended up coming through Roswell late at night and it was creepy driving in the dark through the surrounding countryside.

What all goes on that we don't know about?

I think alot of times they keep us in the dark....like children...and when something happens that there is no 'explanation' for...we get frightened because we don't know what to think, feel, or do...because we fear the unknown...or not known...

FEAR is a great way to control another...and make them do what others want them to do.

red blonde,
That is very perceptive of you...and it could also be a 'condtioning' effect to see how we react. You may see more and more, and yes it is a way to control, and is mostl likely implemented in more ways than one.

Hi

I saw a UFO when I was a child, I was coming home with a friend and we were both on bikes, it was about 10.30 to 11pm and I looked at the dark sky and there was a perfect bright round object in the sky, just stationary - no not the moon! it was too perfect- for a moment we both stood still looking at the UFO in disbelief. There was a strange sensation of being watched. The object began to move in small circles and then moved that quick it disappeared.....
We both peddled them bike's fast, I got home told my dad we'd just seen a UFO and he said ' yea sure you have!!'

I'll never forget it!

Once...while living in Iowa...it was late at night and for some reason, I got up and went to my bedroom window and I felt stuck there, kinda of in slow motion, prolly cause of the shock maybe here..

I seen different shapes and colors of squares, triangles, cirlces all sorta of interconnecting and twirling around...I wanted to talk and call out to my husband but for some reason I couldn't...never happened again, that was 14 years or so ago here.

Not drinking, I do not use drugs and I am as sane as they come...well at least most people think so anyhow, the ones who count here...

So...what was it? I guess I will never know.

Good thread by the way, Lewis!
