You said

"I have tried giving myself dreaming instructions just as I am going to sleep and have found that those instructions were carried out - amazingly. "

This is very interesting. I have never tried it so maybe i should.

Will read on the sites you suggested.

Thanks

Thanks for the URL http://www.nonduality.com/dazdark.htm

I found it very insightful and learned from it. Saved on my favourite list and am waiting for husband to read it as he would be very interested.

Thanks

garfield9547.

Thanks for your thanks. I'm a bit of a John Wren-Lewis fan.

From the "Dazzling Dark", I quote:

"Finite life is a continual instant-by-instant voyaging out from the eternal Home into the time process to discover new productions of time for eternity to love as they arise and pass away."

This is what I think constitutes the foundations of consciousness as well as that of materialism - the atom, i.e. energy and its constraining 'fields'.

Consciousness is the 'needle' that senses the minds actions in playing the 'record' on the 'gramophone' of Supreme Mind.

That we associate our conscious awareness with our brain is akin to the 'needle' associating the cause of its 'being' with the 'record' rather than the 'gramophone maker'.

Thus the question "Consciousness outside of the human brain?", from my perspective, seems to say much about the underlying conditioning of the question poser.

I apologize for using 'ancient' technology in my analogy.
