Bitsy, if people are selling junk food and drink to bp
convenience stores, they are selling to other stores as well. If
people are still buying in the other stores then the junk food or
drink seller can file a claim with bp for the lost business. I am
sure that those people already know that.

Andii-- I just saw
a short intro to a piece on CNN about people protecting the whales.
They were asking the question "are they going too far". I didn't
stay to watch it though. It seems manipulative to even ask the
question, though.

Formerly, I am talking about the people who work IN the
convenience store that is attached to the BP. What about the local
businessmen who OWN these franchises from BP that will have to file
bankruptcy. Boycotting BP is not hurting BP Corporate. It is
hurting LOCAL business owners.

Bitsy, they can ALL file with BP if they have been harmed by
what is happening in the gulf. Even the people who work in the
Stores. The workers can file for lost wages and they should get
their wages in a few days. That is what BP has said. Its not just
the fishermen. BP has even cut checks for lost property values.
That wasn't mentioned as a claim, lost business and wages
have.

Corporations
externalize so much of their costs. This event happened after i
learned about that. It is so obvious how this works when you know
about it. BP even tried to externalize this tragedy.

Here are only two
films that you can watch on line: 1) The Story of Stuff 2) The
Crporation (free version) a google or youtube search will bring
both up.

Report from President Blank and Blank, Chair - Association of
Realtors BP Oil Spill Presidential Advisory Group Today the AR
President, Executive Vice President and representatives of the AR
Presidential Advisory Group on the BP Oil Spill had a private
meeting with President Obama's BP Claims Administrator, Kenneth R.
Feinberg. The meeting was candid and we had the opportunity to
explain the plight and effect of the oil spill on the real estate
market and the financial impact on REALTORS®.

Mr. Feinberg
expressed empathy for us but feels REALTORS® have legal issues
which have to be overcome before eligibility can be established. He
did not question the corroboration or magnitude of our losses. He
committed to discussing our specific and various type broker and
agent claims "with others who are smarter about this than I am." We
will be meeting with him again within the next two weeks, perhaps
next week.

We talked at
length about the "hold" placed on real estate claims. We strongly
requested that Mr. Feinberg take immediate action to lift the
"hold" and we noted that the "hold" was issued within 48 hours of
his appointment. He assured us he would look into this
immediately.

Mr. Feinberg was
given a copy of the letter from the Real Estate Commission
confirming that a waiver as follows: "Pursuant to your request at
its meeting in Blank on June 25, 2010, the Commission issued a
ruling regarding oil spill claims compensation payments from BP to
real estate licensees. The Commission ruled that the requirements
of 34~27~36 (a) (14) Code will be waived for the purposes of
payments from BP and its successors to licensees as a result of the
BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. This means that sales persons
and associate brokers may collect payments directly from BP without
the payments following through their respective qualifying
brokers." This action by the Commission clarifies for brokers and
agents how to handle claims that have been paid, filed and yet to
be filed.

In all candor and
to be clearly understood we must report that we are not pleased
after our first meeting with Mr. Feinberg. We had worked around the
clock trying to negotiate with BP for agreement on a fair and
accurate process for real estate claims. We had agreed on several
significant areas with BP officials. The appointment of Mr.
Feinberg to administer the $20 billion BP Claims Fund changed
everything. No one at BP we had been working with felt they had the
authority to agree to any claims process. The bottom line is that
Mr. Feinberg has the total and absolute authority over all
claims.

Mr. Feinberg will
meet with us after he studies the issues we raised today. AR is
already seeking legal advice on the eligibility issues Mr. Feinberg
questioned. We will continue to be vigilant in our efforts on your
behalf. Please know that we are keenly aware of the negative
financial and emotional impact the BP oil spill is inflicting on
REALTORS®. Share this report with all REALTORS® in your
company.

We suggest that
you click on the link below to read Mr. Feinberg's comments to the
U.S. House Small Business Committee on June 30, 2010.

http://www.businessweek.com/ne.....ctims.html

THIS IS THE EMAIL
I RECEIVED TODAY. SINCE THE GOVERNMENT GOT THEIR GREEDY HANDS ON
THE MONEY IT IS GOING TO BE EXTREMELY HARD TO FILE A CLAIM AND GET
ANY MONEY.

I TALKED TO A LADY
THE OTHER DAY WHOSE HUSBAND FILED. HE OWNS A BAIT AND TACKLE SHOP.
THEY WERE TOLD NOT TO EXPECT ANY MONEY BEFORE AUGUST. THAT'S ALL
WELL AND GOOD BUT HOW ARE THEY GOING TO PAY THEIR JULY
BILLS???????????

Formerly I am not
yelling at you. I am just yelling in general. This is my livelihood
at stake. If they are jerking realtors who have legal
representation around what do you think they are going to do with
the guy or gal who only has a high school education and is working
at a convenience store?

Appraiser are
already deducting 15% when they do a property appraisal. That means
that the house I have listed for $350,000 that the people paid
almost that much for is now worth $297,500. How can they sell at
such a loss? If we can't sell it how can I get paid?

This is not just
free money that all you have to do is call BP and say Hey I need a
check and they're going to send it.

formerly- yes, the crew of the Sea Shepherd was on CNN being
interviewed by Larry King. Bob Barker was also there and
interviewed, as he donated the new anti-whaling ship which is
called the Bob Barker of course, was 5 million dollars, and it's
faster than the Sea Shepherd and tougher, already had the ady gil.
the goal is to sink the Japanese Whaling fleet economically, and in
their last campaign the japanese whalers made no profit. This is
non violent group. We don't care what people think. All laws are
being obeyed (by this group). It is the Japanese whaling fleet
violating international whaling laws. The navy, coast guard, feds
should be enforcing these laws but they don't. So the Sea Shepherd
Crew is, non-violently.

They will not be
stopped by whether or not anybody thinks they are going too far.
The goal is to stop whaling, and this group has no intentions on
stopping until this goal is reached. It is the Japanese whalers who
have shown complete disregard for international law, the lives of
wildlife, and the lives of humans. Not us. We have hurt no one, and
haven't even tried, never will. They on the other hand, have tried
to sink our ships.

I did
see something about the skimmer on CNN. There is also a blimp that
is going to be used to survey or supervise or something. They said
something about the speed. It gose a "slow" 55 miles an hour. I
guess that is better for looking things over from above than
planes. I have heard also that there are more boats "on paper" than
there really are out there. I haven't heard the details about
that.

Andii, I its
unbelievable (for lack of a better word) that they even tried to
sink our boats. Greed will stop at nothing, nothing!

And
that's what it's all about, formerly, greed. Pro-whalers claim it
is "culture" to eat whale meat. This sets many people back. Who are
we, outsiders, to mess with culture? Well we've "messed" with
culture many times. it was Nazi culture to exterminate Jews. it was
Indian culture to hunt the bald eagle. It was southern American
culture to enslave Negroes. WE can go on and on here.

"Culture" must
change as the world changes.

Furthermore, do
the Japanese people realize they are eating a species to
extinction? I don't think so, I just don't. they think much of the
whale meat they get is bonifide whale meat from a non endangered
species, when it's actually dolphin meat from taijii (see "the
cove".) or from the mink whale and Sei whale. Dolphin meat toxic
with mercury that's causing birth defects in numerous children. Sei
whales that are endangered. The japanese culture is a beautiful
culture, teaching harmony with nature.

Harmony with nature is the way the world should be. Without it,
we will continue to take in toxic materials.

Of course, the
ruling elite needs to allow us to live. They believe that most of
"the great unwased"(as they call the masses) need to leave the
planet for it to be a better place. The remaining need to accept
their surfdom. They have the guns. They have the illicet power
now.

And the people are
being duped in Japan too. Just like everywhere else.

well..the rainforests are vanishing due to deforestation. every
20 minutes or so a species vanishes. The great barrier reef is
dying due to global warming and pollution. By 2050 approximately 95
percent of the worlds coral reefs will be gone. We have polluted
our rivers to the point that we can't even drink from them without
filtering due to giardia. Gotta watch how much fish we eat because
of toxic mercury levels.

Of course now we
have the oil spill.

We use it even
though we can't breathe on smog alert days- the air is so polluted
we must stay indoors and not exercise. As ingenious as the human
race is, we haven't found a suitable alternative.

Prisons are over
crowded, illicit drug use has become an epidemic, and what is it-
like one in 4 people are clinically depressed? People die daily
trying to cross the border into the United States while those born
here speak of how they hate this country. We're at war. All over
the place. We war with one another everywhere. the chinese can't
control their population growth and feed their people. In the Congo
rape is used as weapon of war- they rape women and children to
death. Human trafficking is soaring. Many sovereign nations have no
respect for human rights yet we respect their right to govern
themselves.

In a nutshell,
people are not happy and the world is dying.

I give it a

So
what's up with Obama and his latest campaign to include the Muslim
world in space exploration? I'm not sure I'd want to board a space
shuttle with a Muslim. Fying objects don't fly very long when
they're on them with Americans. Especially since I'd never wear one
of those barka barky whatever it is thingies.

We could get the
muslims involved without including us ya know?

Just send a
shuttle up with an Israeli flag and plant it on the moon. I give it
a few months before the muslims develop a way to get
there.

Mars? Same thing-
just have one of the rovers plant an Israeli flag there. Long range
weapons would reach new heights in technology......

heck, If we just
launch Israeli flags into space they'll chase em down and then we
can kindly ask to purchase their technology!

🙂

(Disclaimer: not ALL of them, just certain ones --- but you usually
don't know who they are untill you are in flight.)

LOL too funny,
Andii

CNN--- earlier
today, they were saying that the economy WAS on an upturn, now
consumer confidence has dropped significantly again = economy on a
downturn -- nothing was said about the oil spill having to do with
it--except for me.

How
can the oil spill NOt have anything to with it??? The entire Gulf
coast is being wiped out economically- tourism at the height of
tourist season, the entire fishing industry- I mean really, it
hasn't even started to hit yet. People still have savings for their
mortgage payments and/or are scraping to make them, but how long
can that last? Foreclosures take what 6 months to a year. I imagine
real estate is taking a dive. I mean really. Good grunt.

And yeah, i guess
it's only CERTAIN Muslims. But realistically, why on earth would we
want to include them in our space programs??? Oh yeah, let's have
NASA hire them and give them Top Secret/ Crypto/ Secred FRD (they'd
surely love that one) or whatever clearances. Shoot we could put
them in control as Space Center Houston and Cape
Canaveral!

I KNOW! We could
train them to fly the Predator!

What mental midget
is advising Obama?

I
don't believe the people who don' know anything about his subject
that act like you're the one who is ignorant. THEY know so little
about what is going on in the world. They know about sports. They
know about actors or musicians or whatever, but they don't know
about what is taking down the world. They need to feel superior, so
they tell you you know nothing. They haven't even read the books,
or watched the films or done any research...they watch the news and
read the paper, or so they say. They are so brainwashed. They have
been given the term "conspiricy theory" or what ever and they block
any intellegent conversation about this topic with it. You could
direct them to infermation until you drop dead, and they will still
be in denial, and say you are the one who doesn't know anything. I
honestly want them to be the first to get hurt by this so they will
see what it will be like, but they won't It will be me ....again! I
am sick of all of them! They are taking all of us down with them.
Sorry, but I am so angry, hurt and frustrated.

No
need to apologize formerly, I'm hurt and frustrated too, have been
for a very long time.

I got lost in your
post. Who is "they? You state "I don't believe the people who don'
know anything about his subject that act like you're the one who is
ignorant." I'm not sure what this means, but we're all ignorant to
a certain extent- none of us have all the pieces, and by sharing
what we DO know and what we DO think with what we know, we all gain
knowledge- pieces to the puzzle. I don't even think those at the
top of stuff have all the pieces. Such is bureaucracy. And,
formerly, such is conspiracy theory.

I basically stated
(though sarcastically) that I think it's not a good idea to include
the Muslim world in our space program (aka defense program with a
little search for extraterrestrials on the side). Did this offend
you?

No,
no, Andii you didn't offend me. I was talking about the people that
I try to talk to about the topic that is the title of this thread.
I was so upset that i signed on to try to talk about it on this
site, but I didn't really know how to approach it in a new post, so
I vented on this thread. This happens all the time. The people
won't even consider reading a book or going to a website or
eatching a film. They just tell ME that I'm the one who doesnn't
know anythig or call me conspericy theorist or whatever the
parreted phrase is . I just typed it out because I had to talk
about it. Thank you for responding Andii. I knew that at least you

Oh,
there are more conspiracies than most people could ever
acknowledge! This is the main price of freedom. If somebody wants
to control a mass in a press free society, conspiracy is the only
way to do it. It's just the way it is.

in non-press free
societies, the governments just control the media. Few conspiracies
needed, unless a coup is planned.

Well,
I would suppose that every generation has its "What is to become of
this world" diatribe.

Personally - I'm
putting my money on the now and future whistle-blowers to be honest
with you.

Those with some
kind of innate sense of right and wrong....and are equally just as
stubborn and stedfast.

For only they have
enough hudspah to go against the societal grain of the day. Any
day....past or present throughout the centuries.

(Always has
been...always will be I hope and reckon.)

See.....my sense
is (and has always been actually) that there is a reason why a
sense of unfairness and a clear understanding between what is right
and what is wrong even exists in the first place -
otherwise.....why would frustration even exist to begin - you
know?

While it is true
that it seems to me as if today's American society, by and large,
is definetly a 'dumbed-down', 'sheeple' mentality which seems to
permeate every vestige of our 'modern' culture....I take heart and
feel just a little bit rest assured that it will not invade 100% of
today's population.

It only takes a
few commited (stubborn) folks whom will not rest until justice is
served.

Kind of
like.....the stubborn cream will eventually always rise to the top
no matter the century in an effort to make right all that was made
wrong....at least, to some degree.

A degree in which
will never be easily ignored nor ever dismissed.

This is my sense
and hope anyway ~

>> Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com Monday, July 12,
2010

The sight of
American citizens gathering to protest basketball player LeBron
James’ decision to join Miami Heat last week, after Ohio Governor
Ted Strickland joined celebrities to serenade James in a bizarre
appeal video entitled “We are LeBron,” was a shocking reminder of
how millions of Americans are more concerned about sports teams
than the fact that their country is collapsing around them, and how
potent a threat such wanton delusion is to the survival of freedom
and prosperity in the United States.

In a You Tube clip
that went viral after appearing on the Drudge Report website, Alex
Jones explained how ominous it was to see Americans transfixed by
bread and circuses while at the same time the New York Times
reports on how the country is sinking into another
depression.

But how did we
reach the stage where scenes from Idiocracy, a satirical movie set
500 years in the future where humanity has “degenerated into into a
dystopia where advertising, commercialism, and cultural
anti-intellectualism run rampant and dysgenic pressure has resulted
in a uniformly stupid human society devoid of individual
responsibility or consequences,” seem eerily contemporary in
2010?

Americans are
watching more television than ever before, both through
conventional TV sets and on the web, as the range of channels
continues to expand, the screens get bigger and the quality of the
picture increases as new hi-definition and 3D technologies arrest
and shorten attention spans to a greater and greater
degree.

Americans are
now a nation of spectators, watching a shocking average of nearly 5
hours of TV a day, up 20% from just 10 years ago.

Hooked in to this
matrix medium that tells them how to behave, what to care about,
and how to treat people who deviate from this spoon-fed consensus,
people are literally being programmed into accepting a contrived
false reality that bears little or no resemblance to what is
actually taking place in the real world. This is why the assembly
line of zombies being manufactured by this process will roll their
eyes when warned about real issues that affect them – the crumbling
economy, unemployment, the BP oil spill – yet will become visibly
upset when an event that has no bearing on their existence
whatsoever, like where LeBron James throws a basketball around,
takes place.

We are
literally being trained like dogs to react to meaningless stimuli
while burying our heads in the sand in reaction to issues of real
significance. This behavior training encompasses an entire outlook,
an entire lifestyle that people have adopted to the point where
their moral compass, they way they dress, the way they speak, what
they eat, what drugs they take, the way they respond to events and
how they treat other people is solely a construct of the babylon
system to which they are addicted.

The fact that
this matrix system constantly promotes damaging and destructive
messages is why people are fat, unhealthy, unhappy, addicted to
drugs, and unsuccessful in maintaining relationships. They are a
product of their brainwashing. Downloading viruses from an infected
culture on a daily basis, people’s hard drives – their brains – are
corrupted, lethargic, and barely able to function. This is why
people seek out destructive pursuits that do nothing to benefit
their long-term personal interests. This is why people no longer
talk to their neighbors or get involved in their communities. This
is why people care more about LeBron James than their own country
collapsing around them – because that’s the content of the
programming they have downloaded ....

The controllers of
this babylon system have superimposed a fantasy world over reality,
they have slapped blinkers over the eyes of millions of Americans
who continue to lead deluded, stunted and oblivious lives while the
criminals behind the curtain scheme to wreck the country. A perfect
example of this is how the government keeps insisting that the
economy is getting better while in reality unemployment grows, tent
cities pop up in major areas and the housing market gets
worse.

When Americans
know more about baseball and basketball than they do about their
own history – to the point now where as a recent Jay Leno clip
exemplified, college professors can’t even relate basic facts about
the founding of the country – America is in danger.

America used to be
the source of the best and the brightest, but the ravages of a 21st
century entertainment monster has contributed to plunging test
scores allied to weaker curriculums as American school children
continue to be outperformed by their counterparts even in third
world countries like Costa Rica.

Freedom and
prosperity can only continue to exist in a country where informed
and active citizens act as watchmen and women to protect those
virtues. History has taught us that decadence, moral and
intellectual decay are always followed by a collapse in society as
darkness fills in the void that good has vacated.

Americans have to
look themselves in the mirror and decide whether or not worshipping
LeBron James is worth the price of a destitute and demoralized
country in which living standards are eviscerated and freedoms are
easily revoked.

Imagine if
Americans got as angry and upset about the fact that their country
is being seized by criminal globalist interests who want to destroy
the United States in pursuit of a global government as they do when
their sports team loses or their star player is
transferred?

Our job is to
issue a jolt of shock therapy to millions of hypnotized Americans
who have the establishment-imposed mantra running through their
heads that everything will be OK as long as they just continue to
ignore reality and keep their head buried in American Idol or the
NBA season.

Only through a
massive media backlash can we reach people and make them understand
that they have been conditioned into accepting a false sense of
reality and that real happiness and fulfillment can only be
achieved, and that America can only be rescued, once they fully
embrace the truth of what is really happening around them.

(((Bitsy)))thank you.

Andii, I knew you
would understand. I am finding out that you are absolutely right
about that. Conspiracies everywhere you turn. I an suspicious of
every "official" story these days.

Hi Truth, I
completely understand what you are talking about. I wonder, If I am
stubbern, will I rise to the top. Cause I am learning that you
can't be as outspoken today, unless you're Ron Paul or Peter Schiff
or one of the rich guys or somehing. Me? surrounded by arrogant
sheeple and arrogant dishonest people, I found that I am alone as
an info-warrier. If I don't want to be on the street, I need a job.
If I want a job, I need to be with the program: and then pray that
they don't decide to get rid of me anyway, cause they turn you into
a piece of trash before they "terminate" you. Its gotten real hard
just to live in this world.

Hi MsGuided, thank
you for posting that article. It's great. I will try to copy it and
carry it around with me so I can be re-validated after all the
invalidation that I generally get. I mean that, too. I was starting
to back off from Alex Jones. I was wondering if I was going to be
made a fool in the end. But instead I listened to him with people
like Ron Paul again. I also watched the Part One of the film "Wake
Up Call" again. I am back on track. Thanks for validating
me.

Thank you all for
the validation.

Formerly,

Yeah, spreading
the word is a tough gig. Met up with a couple of old friends today.
Hadn't seen them for a long time. We got to talking & during
the course of our conversation I found a segway to bring up a
couple of things regarding the corruption out there but was shot
down pretty quickly. I sat & listened to the pair of them &
soon realized that they were in complete denial & there seemed
to be no reaching them. At least I planted a seed although they
likely won't even water it.

Funny how the more
I've researched things the more I've come to realize how much I
don't know. So very many layers of the onion to peel. I'll never
understand it all. A lot of conflicting info out there & it's
come to a point where I feel more confused at times than I did
before I ever even started looking into this stuff. All the
details/specifics aren't necesarily important to know. The fact
that I do know that things have gone awry in this country &
globally will have to suffice for now. Much of the truth is still
so obscurred and too convoluted to wrap my head even half way
around it. Personally, I do what I can when I can to effect change
on a small scale. Buck the system & spread the word as best I
can. Other than that I work at maintaining a positive mindset as
much as possible & it does often seem to help me maintain some
emotional balance, if you know what I mean.

Gotta go, son
needs my attention now. Later!

Crg

Hi
MsGuided,

EXCELLENT
article!!!!!!! I agree whole-heartidly with it and its nice to see
my beliefs about what is happening expressed in such a well thought
out way.

Regarding the fact
that many people do not want to see this for what it is, I think,
(at its very core) means to challenge people's belief
systems....not an easy task to just take on voluntarily, you
know?

A little bit off
this subject in a roundabout way is the fact that for some reason,
I always feel better after watching foreign french
films.

Maybe it is
because the priorities are not focused around material things,
consumption, one-upmanship etc, shallow predictible 'happily ever
after' endings....but moreso on the complex nature of
relationships.

So, I decided to
see what I could learn about the french culture and came across the
website of understandfrench.org, particularily an article entitled:
"Intercultural Difference and Anti-Americanism: link here, FYI:
http://www.understandfrance.or.....ural2.html

It makes a ton of
sense to me!

Another
interesting link:

http://www.understandfrance.or.....cre1558467

When hearing about
the french anti-americanism in the US press, and how it is always
painted as ohhh - french people = bad.....I kept an open mind to
see if in fact they just might have a point - and as it turns out -
they do, actually (as far as I am concerned.)

Same thing goes
with Venezuela's President, Hugo Chavez. From the stuff that I have
seen about him, I tend to agree with alot of what he
says.

(Incidentally, I
don't know if anyone here watches the PBS show, Tavis Smiley, but
recently (7-2-2010)he had on Oliver Stone as a guest.

In addition to
Stone's sequel to the movie: "Wallstreet", he also has directed a
documentary: "South of the Border"
