What do I do when I feel as if everything bothers me, the more good I do the more no one is appreciative and I feel as if I'm getting tested with everything. I get so angry so quick I'm a ticking bomb ready to blow. I over react with almost everything and I'm not on medication. What to do??

your problems are not so horrible or far fetched.  You can try medication, but it won't change the fact that our world has many pressures.  It's a real mouthfull for me to let you know that while the advances in social media & the speed at which humans are able to communicate with one another does not necessarily make them good people.

Same goes for those you engage with at work, shopping, the gym, movie theatres and the like.  The economic times are horrid.  People are stressed to the max.  Everyone is working hard to have somewhat of a life of peace and prosperity, but it's like a rat race.

I know everyone on this site will be angry at me for saying it, but our world is in a state of emotional & financial bankruptcy.  We have made progress in many ways & we have lost quite a bit of morality because we are running so fast, that we are on empty.

Just try to take many deep breaths.  Try to understand that not everyone is going to be nice & that they likely are also frustrated and angry.

I pray we all get through these troubled times.  Obviously things need to change.

Trying to cure anxiety without meds can in fact make you more anxious. But yes it is possible with therapy the amount of therapy depend on exactly how bad your anxiety is actually, also have you attempted with medication that's what i consider and i haven't observed anything bad from this and it lowered my anxiety.
