(((((MJ))))))
I don't know that it means anything coming from me (because afterall...who am I?) but I have to tell you that I am so proud of you.
In my opinion it takes a person with strong character and integrity, not only to look at their own behavior , but to then come out and take responsibilty and apolgize for that behavior.
THAT, my dear, is progress, it's growth and it's what this site and recovery are all about.
Kudos to you...you should be very proud of yourself!
Love,
Lolli

Thanks for the hug Friendma.
I am glad that you understand about triggers. I am just beginning to understand about PTSD. I have been attending a support group for PTSD and Depression. To be honest, I struggle with following you to the other thread. One of the guidelines that is posted at the top of the pages say don't create threads with nicknames and if you do, post what it is for.

Quotes & Tips: T hread Titles *please* create them very thoughtfully. IE: If you create a thread title for a specific person's issue, please add the "issue/problem" after their nickname. For example: desertmine Needs Marriage Advice. If you create a thread just for fun, please create titles WITHOUT ANY NICKNAMES.

Robbie,
I know you had a problem in the past and as a result you don't feel you can completely open up here about what is going on with you. I must be dense but if someone comes on with a new nickname it zooms right past me. Know that I respect you and your privacy and only wish the best for you.

Hi, I am also getting worried about the personal information, but I cannot understand what robbie
is referring to. Can someone try to let me know whole scenario? I have
gone through all the posts here, but I did not find anything which can
explain to me in detail. I think robbie can explain in a better way than anyone else.

The internet is not anonymous. Your search engine is not anonymous. The thoughts you have in your head and with whom you choose to share them or not share them is anonymous.
Be yourself, but be aware. For security reasons beyond even the SC imagination, groups that I will not name, have every right to read these posts, particularly for the security & saftey of all people.
It does not matter what nick u are posting as or if you change your nick, just be yourself.
