Seashore time is close by. As well as my scare is here. What would I do? My weight is seventy kilo at height 165 centimetre. Perfectly I need to have weight of fifty five kilos. Who happened in the similar condition? I've read at internet site for weight loss about diet programs on marine food and helpful stretch yoga physical exercises. Would it be enough for me to lose weight during 2 thirtydays? Who was certain to lose the identical total of kg, i beg you, say to me what you used (or didn't), which your nourishment was about, and how long it kept of you to reach the target. Many thanks!

It has been discovered that the hormone that triggers the hunger sensation is produced in a certain part of the stomach. In a large percentage of people who struggle with obesity it has been found that their stomach's produce up to 10 times the normal amount of this hormone. My daughter was producing 8 times the normal amount. Her bariatric surgeon sewed (not just stapled) this part of her stomach so that it can no longer do that. Stapling can lead to ruptures and leaks, her surgeon sews two lines. He then sewed off part of her large intestine, cut and brought it up to meet her new stomach "pouch/" It is in this part of the intestine that most calories are absorbed, specifically sugar. This surgery changed her life. She went in at about 308 pounds and now weighs about 145. She learned that she had a food addiction, that the psychological element was present, as it almost always is. But with this surgery it is many months that this addiction cannot be satisfied as eating improper foods just leads to intense nausea and vomiting. She struggles with the fact that addictions change forms, so a part of her psyche is looking for a new addiction. She's currently in counseling to identify, isolate, and confront what is creating this underlying current.

But for the obese or severely overweight, this can be a life changing surgery and many insurance companies approve the procedure as in the long run it's cost effective versus dealing with all the health threats of obesity. Something to look into.

Everything is possible if you believe and you have the will, c’mon don’t be too harsh on yourself. Instead of self pitying and luring in depression why not be more inspire and motivated. Sets your goal and be certain on yourself that you can do it.

Goodluck!

Lobanov,

Rush diet is not the best solution. Take it easy and you'll reach your goals in time. But always remember, DISCIPLINE and ATTITUDE must go together. If you don't have either of the two then you'll end up overweight. Keep moving and have strength.

Compulsive overeating or food addiction is a psychological addiction.  There is a 12 step program called overeaters anonymous that can help support a person with such an addiction.  As with all addictions, you must be ready to admit that you are addicted and have reached the bottom of not knowing how to manage your life any longer.  Yes, people who have addictive personalities will transfer one addiction for another.  It is a life long battle.  Being aware does help, but it cannot change your personality.

Everyone on this thread:

Rome was not built in one day & it really is true about losing weight that slow & steady wins the battle of the bulge!   Diets do not work in the long term.  No surgery unless absolutely approved and necessary!  No diet pills!  Here is what works & should work in breaking free from compulsive eating or food addiction.

1)Choice - decide you have a problem with your eating & that compulsive overeating is taking over your life.

2) Permit yourself to eat anything you desire at three meals per day without snacking unless you are diabetic or have some medical condition that insists that you must eat every couple of hours.  In the beginning you might be having cookies three times a day but don't get nervous or scared, you will eventually crave good food.

3) Include a level of physical activity in your life each & every day with a goal to have at least 30 mins of the sweating type of activity at least three times a week.  Keep in mind that you cannot outsmart your bod.  80% of your weight loss comes from eating far less than you usually do!  Your Rehab period for shrinking your stomach can take up to five days.  After that, it's your emotional choice to undo your hard work of conditioning.

4) Whenever possible keep in mind that the closer your food choices resemble their original version - e.g. a potato, an apple, an egg in its dullest form will give you the optimal nutrition & the least calories. It's not the fault of the potato that you fry it or smear it with sour cream & butter!  If indeed you are a compulsive eater, eating 10 plain potatoes will not help you!

5) This is the big one:  EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY & STOP WHEN YOU ARE FULL.  So easy to say, so hard to do.

6) Keep a journal of what you are consuming each & everyday because you will be shocked to see how much you are eating and forgetting.

7) Do the feeling work involved in overcoming any addiction which means you are going to get angry, you are going to cry & you are going to figure out what all those layers of fat mean to you.

8) If you have a bad day & you eat like a freak, fear not, God willing there is a tomorrow and when you wake up be grateful for your life & try again.

9) If you are able and willing join a 12 step program for compulsive overeaters for support.  You are not alone.  Food addiction is real.

WARNING!

These nineSmile suggestions do not guarantee that you will look fabulous in a bathing suit or a short skirt or skinny jeans, but I promise you will get to know yourself very well & at the end of the day, learning about who you are will help you with everything in your life.  Your answers are within you.  Your body will not betray you, so don't betray it.  Treat your body & your mind with respect & the returns will be awesome!!!!!

Good Luck

One DaySmile

P.s. some or part of this answer comes from a book called Breaking Free From Compulsive Overeating by an author named Geneen Roth.

You need a lot of recovery. You must start with self esteem. Go to a church very first. Then start a healthy diet. Then exercise a lot. The rest will take care by itself. You should really motivate yourself to do this things.
