I have bad dreams anytime I do sleep

Having bad dreams is very normal unless if you are already dreaming those bad dreams since you were born until now. You might just thinking too much before going to bed and that's not really a healthy way to rest your body. Try to relax your mind and practice being optimistic during the day so you won't have any trouble sleeping at night. Have a good sleep and sweet dreams.

It is very bad for him or her because bad dreams is made under stress to hole body and it is made under dpresssion to our mind.

Trouble sleeping can mean various things depending on what is going in your life. Are you concerned about something or are you currently going through some changes. Anxiety is a sleep killer. Bad dreams are caused by your unconscious dealing with negative images/ attitudes/ worries.
Something you can do instantly is not to watch "bad" films or TV along with negative images (information), and try meditation before going to sleep. If it continues, It is best to talk to your doctor regarding possible solutions. Best of luck!

Sleep is a requirement for overall good health for the brain & for the body.  When you lose many night's of sleep from stress or from being overworked, it can cause many terrible things to your mind.  If you cannot fall & stay asleep properly, please go & see a Doctor a.s.a.p.  Hopefully they will prescribe a medicine that will help you to fall asleep & stay asleep for at least 7 hours.
