It is often to recommended to read information from multiple sources. Registered Clinical Counsellors are sometime offering valuable information and are providing free counselling tips. Sometime it is also possible to find some good source of information on social media https://www.facebook.com/freeh.....lpanxiety/

What do your friends and family or whoever say that you do or act that they think that you have anxiety? Or do
different? When you have anxiety, YOU WILL KNOW it!! I have anxiety. And I did NOT know I had anxiety until
doctors told me that is what was causing my problems I went to the doctor for. I went in the hospital because I
thought I was having a heart attack.
And that is not the only symptom of my anxiety. Do your friends know what anxiety is even? I don't think so.
I went to the doctor because I had nausea real bad and of course no appetite. And the more I worried about
it the sicker I got. I mean I REALLY felt sick. And I felt sicker when I worried about it harder. The doctors said
that it is anxiety. I discovered that the only way I was going to not feel worse is to not think about it and only
think about nice relaxing things. Even then it took about 2 weeks for me to get where I felt half ways normal
again. So I KNOW about anxiety!
'
So, Do your friends or family know what anxiety is and know what the symptoms are??? I don't tend to think
so..
EDIT: Oh man, I just noticed This guys post is in July of Last Year! I think he might have graduated to some
other problems by now. .. I have a bad habit of not looking at the date of someone's post until after I post a
reply. I wish I could quit that habit

Watching movies and listening to music, especially songs from my childhood https://womanlylive.com/20-cla.....childhood/ help me, but maybe you need more serious treatment.
