How Stretching is Important?

I know that stretching is really important! People seem to have very different views on warm up and stretching. Many people say you have to warm up as well as stretch before working out to prevent injury. Some say stretching really Causes injury (especially fixed stretching). There are so many muscles all of us never even realize we have until the second comes when we overwork one of these. Please somebody give me suggestions about this?

It is important to warm up first before working out. There 2 types of stretchings, the dynamic and static stretchings. Dynamic should be done before the workout after the warm up. Then static stretching should be done after the workout.

I always do stretching before I go to work out, it is really important for me to not have muscles and joints pain.

Yes stretching is really important before workout. It really help your body to be more flexible, also make your joints healthy, and make your bones healthy. It is really important, if you skip it your body gets locked.

Stretching, yes it is important for making muscles more flexible, strong and healthy. Flexibility is needed to reduce joint and muscles pain. So you should do regular stretching in order to lower your pain and keeps muscles lean.
