Hello I am very recently married.. (one week) .. I dozed off for a friedly nap after a not even so bad argument with my wife. But awoke with panick attack type symptoms and a deep deep seense of dread and doom. Like I woke up with a complete stanger . And like I was trapped beyond dispair. I could hardly breathe. It was almost like waking up in prison.. with no way out.. I layed there for half an hour before researching counseling and came across this forum.. has this feeling happened to anyone else before and what did you do about it..?
