Sugar cookies with herbal tea. Fond memories. I remember meeting with other "creative types" for a group session of sorts......and sugar cookies with your choice of herbal teas were offered. Nice.

sleepless in uk,

I did a bit of research.....check out ebay.co.uk for listings on oreo cookie. There are some from the US.

Can not vouch for them as I do not know their rating.....but an option for you to satisfy your oreo craving!!!!! Let me know if you decide to buy - OK? Thanks!

Isn't that the truth!!

Have you tried "icing" a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie with a thick smear of the cookie dough? Mmmmmm

good thread, on my way--(nice to see you!)

I would have to say that I could never, ever, ever, walk past an oatmeal cookie. And even better, with chocolate chips.

Has anyone ever NOT eaten and entire sleeve of thin mints or any girl scout cookie at one sitting?

Sugar Coma.

I like home-made ladylocks-took me a long time to master the delectable treat but when I make them I freeze some for myself and pull them out when no-ones home and indulge. Yes food is one thing that makes you feel good, and legal, and wont criticize put down etc. (Oh yea it will make you chubby)

Before I had to give up goodies due to my food allergies, I indulged in fresh baked Toll House Cookies, made from scratch. My b-brother and I were always having bake-offs against each other making them, so I got lots of practice, learned how to make them more on the crispy side like I liked them 🙂
