I'm new, I have a question,
Would a 35 years old man having sex (mostly oral) with a 14 year old boy, be considered sexual abuse if the boy consented to it?

In my opinion, yes, it is abuse. A 14 year-old boy does not have the emotional maturity to understand everything about sex, and may not feel safe to say no. Sometimes what seems like consent could be the result of subtle (or even overt) coercion. Furthermore, in the eyes of the law, it is a clear case of sexual abuse.

If the boy consented without coercion or any kind of fear, he may have been curious, and he might not necessarily be traumatized if he can understand the situation from a place of emotional distance. Still, a 35 year-old man should not go after 14 year-old boys for sex. It is the man's responsibility to leave children alone, and to seek partners who are legally and emotionally capable of genuine consent.

There aren't enough ways to say yes to this. I hope you aren't the 35 years old grown man. This is like a father and son situation, at the very least.

Orionspiral- The person who could give you the absolutly correct answer to your question is
a) A watch commander at your local sheriff or police station
b) A criminal lawyer
c) A social worker who works for Child protective services

The web sit for Megans Law is full of pictures of sex offenders who have been convicted of felony child molestation with charges such as forced oral copulation. Anyone who has knowledge of a child being molested can be charged with being an accomplis.

So if a 14 year old wants to smoke crack does that make it legal as well?

No, I'm not the 35 year old man. 26 years ago I was the 13 year old boy. I have always had trouble calling it child sexual abuse because I went along with it. I would like to talk about the deep and destructive way this has effected, or should I say destroyed my life. But I am pressed for time I will post more when I have a chance. Thanks for the feedback.
