Today I've been feeling like I just want someone to hold, love, share experiences with. I have been spending a lot of time out with friends but don't feel fulfilled enough with any of that. I start focusing on my career a bit more and that helps for a bit. But, at the end of the day all I want is fulfilling companiosnhip. I can't stop thinking about my recent ex-boyfriend who seems to have other things on his mind than me. He's a terrific person but he's seemed very distant lately. We are both going through a huge change in life and were afraid we were stepping on each others toes. I don't know how to give him his space but at the same time ask for what I need from him. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you guys considered having a few date nights a week? It would give you something to look forward to each week and your space as well. How about doing things with your friends or finding a hobby that fulfills you? I personally find that when a partner expects me to be present all the time, I get bored with the relationship easily.

you did mention ex bf, are you planning on getting back together or not??

breakups are painful, you have to decide if you both want to make it work and the reasons why it came to being a breakup and "ex's".

for now space may be good, to sort thru all your decisions and decide what you want out of this relationship.
