I really need some help here... I have been to so many therapists in the past several years. I always get triggered and leave. I can also never figure out if the therapist is the "right" therapist for me. I just found someone I really like (a therapist) but the problem is that he also is my mom's therapist. I'm 34 and my mom and I aren't even that close .. I'm wondering if it's unprofessional for him to see me as well? I would not want my mom to know that I see him.. I don't know -- this is all really strange. I truly am distrustful of most therapists... but my relationships are suffering and I feel that I need some therapy... what on earth am i gonna do...
