everything is was (and still is) up in the air. Trying to figure out what was wrong with me...am i bipolar...do i have add..i know i have a hell of a lot of anxiety and add depression to the list thats for sure. So i tried all of these drugs and it made things worse...i had really bad reactions to pretty much all of them and the ones that worked just made me feel nothing.

so i looked up on the internet trying to find some alternative to all of this. so i found a group in a different country that had great success with using nutritional supplements in curing (or helping with) mental illness. They did a bunch of case studies and supposively soon the supplements may be covered by insurance companies (they are pretty expensive when your paying out of your pocket)--but affordable compared to other methods.

So i bought some, tried it and my anxiety was gone in three days. i dont think i ever remember being this relaxed and when people talk to me, i am so focused. i do not remember what it feels like to be "normal", whatever that means. I've only been taking this stuff for five days but have noticed significant improvement. They say it takes a few weeks to feel optimum results and there are phases that you go through using this stuff good and bad. This includes adverse reactions to any medications that you were or are taking. Yesterday I was very sleepy and I still feel down at times. But this is so much better than i've ever felt.

The whole thing is based off of the belief that mental illness is caused from nutritional deficiency's. I noticed that my depression/bipolar/anxiety increased when I didn't eat as well. Could this be true? Does anyone have any input?

This is definately the case, and there are numerous studies that show this to be true. Diet and nutrition are an integral part of BOTH physical and mental health. The reasons are obvious - if you don't give your body the proper and necessary balance of nutrients, it is simply unable to function as efficiently. In neurochemical processes, this is especially true. In human development, the brain isn't fully developed until well into adolescence, and your body needs the proper building materials to manufacture necessary neurotransmitters and proteins.

You may want to think about including a regular exercise regimine after you begin to feel better.

It's so strange how doctors tell us this stuff all the time, but no one seems to acknowledge it's importance!

well, this is only the beginning phases. My anxiety is completely gone. Sometimes i feel almost too relaxed. I think i may still have underlying depression and my brain feels a little slow. I know it takes time, though. But maybe im just used to thinking a zillion miles an hour in my manic state.

The company is out of canada and you can find the information at http://www.truehope.com. I really think it is a blessing and worth a try, ecspecially when you've used up all of your energy on other methods. On their website, they'll show you some samples of their clinical research studies and before people used the supplements and after. They even have a counselor on call that has used the supplements because of some mental illness to guide you through the process...Let me know if you start using it, and let me know about your healing process...maybe we can help each other out. After you buy the products it only takes two days before you receive it.
