Has anyone read it? Did it help? I'm currently reading it and I just was wondering.

Robin Norwood. It's great so far, and gives you steps for recovery from Co-dependency.

Are the other books good? I love reading and learning. I find that I'm really inspired and feeling empowered after reading these books. Of course, it only lasts about a day. LOL!

LOL!!!! Yea i know what you mean. Hee hee. Yes, they are wonderful books. I also just bought "The codependents guide to the 12 steps." The best one I think is "Love is a Choice" and the workbook that goes along w/ it. It's such an eye opener. Good to know that we are not alone.

i read women who love too much.

my "higher power" dropped it in my lap one day years ago....

anyway, I knew then that I had a problem, but figured finding a "good" boyfriend would solve it....and put recovery on the back burner.

little did I know, the "good" boyfriend I found was as bad as an addict as the alcohlic I had just left.

so, three years later, I am taking my recovery VERY seriously and found the book very instrumental in getting me on that path.

codependent no more, beyond codependency, codependents guide to the 12 steps, and the language of letting go, all by melody beattie and very good....
