Has anyone read this?

I bought it about a year ago and couldn't get much past the 1st chapter but am starting to read it again because I find myself getting "triggered" and want to FINALLY get to the bottom of it all.

Very difficult read - but can already see some benefits.

Just curious if anyone else has read (and worked through and processed) this one.

Thanks!

hi truth, this sounds like good reading. Does the back cover of the book explain more about the book??

Hey Camer,

Actually you can check it out on amazon.com.

There is even the "Search inside this book" feature which allows you to get a real handle on the nature of the material.

I bought it about a year ago, read the intro and part of chapter 1 and wasn't ready to "go there."

I have since picked it back up and I must say that perhaps I am ready to do the work (pacing myself, of course.)

Haven't heard of it before, but sounds like a good read for me too.

Here's the link for reviews on Amazon:

If you'll notice at the top of this site it shows (in part): "Facing Fears"...well, that is exactly what this books helps to do.

I am already experiencing incredible results!!!!!!

Probably one of...if not THE most helpful book I own!!!!!

Truth,

I mentioned John Lee here before and have actually met him. I spent a weekend in a small workshop with John in NC. a few years ago.

John is very skilled with this type of thing and it would be well worth the effort. The "Intensive" that I attended was called "Facing the Fire" and was basically about expressing feelings and anger, or letting go.

Let us know how it goes.

Hollie
