I would like to thank the feed back I have received from you all.
It's hard to explain but I feel like there is someone out there listening to me. It helps.
I spoke with my daughter and she said she would take me to counseling or what ever I need on her days off from work.
I hope and pray she really means it. Well see after Christmas, cause I feel like I am loosing it fast.
Her husband is a real j . Not a very nice person. They have a lot of problems themselves so I don't want to ask any more of them than I really need.
I moved here to NC fro Colo. What a big difference. I am from a big city and here I am in a VERY small town that doesn't have a lot of resources. I was told I would have to go to a larger town to get the help I need. It's no fun not having transportation for myself either.
I never thought I would ever feel like this.
Trapped, helpless nobody.
I know I need to be more positive, really I am at times. Yea I know I am feeling sorry for myself..I'll do better.
I do appreciate the response from the bottom of my heart

I'm glad you have a daughter that is willing to help you out. She lives in this small town too? Sorry her hubby is a jerk. That doesn't help anything.

Being from a small town myself I thought I might offer a few suggestions on your limited resources. I don't know if you know folks there yet, but being a small town you be outgoing and they'll all know you very soon.

As for transportation to another town. You might ask at church or put an add in the paper that you need a driver to the city on certain days. My mom used to take ladies to their doc appts. in the city and even take them to the grocery and back. Kinda run small errands for them.

You might see if they have a bus for the elderly (not knowing your age) to take them to the city for doc appts. etc. It's called the Oats Bus where I live. They let younger non-driving folks ride too for the cost of a little bit.

Hope this helps a bit.
