i didnt know if you would go back to my post on writing a journal so i made a new one to thank everyone who replied to me. thanks for all the suggestions.
yesterdays writing went a little better. instead of starting by what i did yesterday, i started by how i felt. quiet,TIRED. im always tired. not just emotionally. but physically. do the two sort of go together?

Yes, Josh, they do.... We exert a tremendous amount of mental and emotional energy sometimes - that transfers over into our physical body. If only we could "see" what really goes on in there. Might shock us. We absorb alot that we don't even realize. All that energy comes from somewhere - generated by you...and it has to go somewhere as well.

That's why journaling is so important. It's pressure valve of release among other things. So, don't try to be perfect with your writings. Remember - this is for you, about you and very personal. It's the room you go to - to vent, express, ask questions, paint pictures, cuss and spit, and find all the pieces of you - so that you can integrate them together.

You're doing very well....(smile)

Josh, like Ladeska says, they are soooooooooooooooooooo connected. The one thing that you have to know to, its a strange thing here, the negative energy, that tiredness, it grows and grows the more you feed it, the more you enable the tiredness, the more tired you are. It takes more energy to stuff feelings than to experience them, if that makes any doggone sense at all to you. So, write get it all out there, then go shoot some hoops or run through the park, go to the gym and do the weight thing, and play your music, blow sing, strum, or pound, but get it all out there. It truly changes the chemistry in your brain, to counter act the lethargy. Keep posting.
