Hon, does any of your family know about this abuse? Do any of your friends know? How old are you?

You need to talk to someone about it. Cutting is a bad thing to start. Trust me, I know. I have been there.

You asked how to get rid of these feelings. You need to talk to someone. You can talk about it here...and you certainly would not be alone....BUT...you really need someone in your real life as well. Professional help would be the best.

I am here, and I care.

Thinking about you....
Mich

i am 15, and the gift of fooling people that i'm a perfect angel who has zero problems.
yes my family knows, and some of my close friends, and yes i'm seeing a counseler, but i dont really feel too comfortable talking to them.
and i do write, but the problem with me is that when i start, i feel good about it, then all these emothions start flooding in, and i get fustrated so i quit, and i feel like i have even more problems after that.

sweet and smart,
keep talking until you find someone you feel comfortable talking too. YOu are not alone and shouldn't have to deal with these on your own. We all care for you and you have friends here whether you know it or not.

You must be feeling very frustrated. Like you are not in control of your life at this time. Sometimes medication can relieve the tension. Or in patient hospitalization. There are also crisis hotlines that you can call 24/7.
