Okay, I'm not sure how many of you will think this is weird but here goes...

First, let me tell you that I'm studying to be an Accountant. In Accounting, when managers make decisions about future endeavors, they don't include past costs. Past costs are called "sunk cost" and because the money is gone, there is no point in using how much WAS spent to determine which direction to go in the future. All you can use is what information and assets you have RIGHT NOW to make future decisions.

My point here is that no matter how much you've "invested" in someone, all that you've invested is GONE. There's no value to it. So, ignoring all that you've invested in a relationship, right now, is it right for you. At this very moment, are you happy? At this very moment, do you feel fulfilled and loved, is that love reciprocated?

If not, how is that going to affect your future? How is that going to affect your life from this point on? Are you going to keep throwing "money" away on an endeavor that will never make a "profit" or are you going to cut your losses and move on to something else that will be of more value to you?

Oh Help ACJ!

Someone that thinks like I do.

Bottom line, we have to be happy not only in a relationship, but with ourselves as well. I think the happier we are with US, the happier we can be as a WE.
