To me it means looking after myself in the following ways.
food - self care
exercise - self care
boundaries
spending time with loving supportive people
being at one with nature
looking after my heart and mind
And asking my HP for what I want and need, and thanking HP for everything in my life.

Spiritual to me, also means moving forward and taking healthy risks. Ooh so much change.
have a fear around money at the moment, cause a contract of mine is coming to an end. I ask HP to bring me towards more money or work. And someone offered me 2 hours work coming up soon.
It does work, I just need to trust more xxxx

Yes, Asking HP DOES work. He has been doing financial miracles for me, or I would have lost my house months ago. MIRACLES.
It's hard to be in the frying pan, but faith is what will get you out of it.

spiritual care to me means feeding my spirit, my soul. good music, good scriptures prayer meditation and helping my fellow people keep my spiritual side full fat and happy. Unfortunatealy sometimes I starve myself that way. However when I do these things I am in so much peace.

Since I believe that we are spiritual beings having human experiences, spiritual care is the essence of what we thrive on. It's how we keep pur spirit, mind, body and soul aligned. I think there are are many methods of spiritual care as there are people. Good topic.
