Ive been looking for some good books to read on the subjects of relationships, ending relationships, how to get over ending a relationship... you get the idea.

Also, many of you have suggested books that I cant find becuz I have no author or whatever. So I was thinking it would be a good idea to start a reading list?
Anyone know the writer of a book called "The Two Step"?

Broc, I bet you have a whole library you could list for us?

That could be a thread on its own. a book list.

Are you near a bookstore you could sit in and read?

glassgrl,

Didn't I tell you about the two step. Its one of my favorites! ALL OF YOU NEED TO READ THIS ONE! Its called "The Two Step - The Dance Toward Intimacy" by Eileen McCann.

I do have a library. However, I did not find, at least in my opinion, any books that helped when ending a relationship. You see, I would say for the most part what is really ending is your addiction. Make no mistake about this people. Many of you know, as I do, that relationship addiction is as bad or worse than chemical addiction. Much worse. And, as with chemical or alcohol addiction, there are 12 step programs for realationship addiction. Most specifically, CoDA, or known as Codependents Anonymous (sp?). I will get a number for you, as well as start a book list tonight!

Great Idea!

And until then, the best medicine is just a day at a time. Your addiction will subside now that your away from it. Take this time to learn about it though. THERAPY is a must. NO OTHER WAY AROUND IT! Are you going now? ALso, read read read. Will post books tonight!

hugs,
Broc

Thankx all for the input and support. Yes Im in therapy but I actually think I would do better being locked up with 24 hour therapy. Im a total mess and find it hard to do anything at all.
