RW, please lay down with your feet propped until you hear from the dr. Please let us know what is going on if you can. I am praying for you and your baby now, (((RW)))

the doctor said that because its so little that its probably nothing but if I bleed enough to need to wear a pad that I need to call back. I am not so sure about this so I put a pad on just incase I bleed more and I am going to put my feet up for the next few days to see how it goes. I am extreamly worried for baby. I have never had bleeding durring pregnancy before and I am now at 30 weeks which was the time when I went into preterm labor with my last son. So i am scared right now so I am going to cuddle on the couch with my boys who are both running fevers and watch some cartoons

Oh no 🙁 I'm sorry, how scary.

You're doing the right thing propping yourself up and resting.

When I was about 14 weeks along with my daughter I had a threatened miscarriage. The bleeding was like gushing, everywhere. I actually ended up in mild shock from the blood loss. But even then my daughter was okay! They did an ultrasound in the ER thinking she'd died and there she was, doing backflips. The ultrasound tech could even feel her kicking through the sensor.

I also had preterm labor with my daughter at about 32 weeks, they were able to stop it and she stayed in until 36 1/2 weeks with the help of Terbutaline and bed rest. She came out almost 8 pounds!

I also had bleeding with my son in the first couple months, lasted about two weeks. I know it's different at that point but they told me then not to worry either... though I worried the entire time. It was more like what you described, staining, seeing it on toilet paper. Even with my experience from before I was still freaked.

My OB said the same thing yours did, if it doesn't soak a pad within a couple of hours then it's probably nothing. There's a lot of blood vessels and they're tender when you're pregnant so just bumping your cervix by moving around can make you bleed a little. BTW my son also turned out okay, full term and a 9 pounder 🙂

My SIL who went through two later term miscarriages from an IC and went on to have two healthy boys found out through all of her experiences that something like 90% of all pregnancies that go to term have some bleeding at some stage. It's actually so normal it's a wonder they don't tell us this. But I guess they'd rather play it safe than sorry...

Just hang in there and keep resting as much as you can. I know it's hard but don't try to stress too much, you don't want to work yourself up. Watch more of those cartoons and breathe deep.

I didnt have any bleading with either one of my boys and even though I had preterm with my last one they stoped it and actualy ended up inducing me. My first boy weighed 11pounds 4 ounces and my second one weighed 10pounds 10ounces. Hopefully this one will be smaller yet but im not holding my breath

Good, glad there was no bleeding today. Probably was a capillary busted from a bit of bumping around.

Only thing I'd be concerned about is if there was a bladder infection. Sometimes blood will be in the urine on account of it. But if you're not having other symptoms of that and your fluid intake is good then you can probably rule it out.

Just keep resting. You sure have some big kiddos! Are you and your husband tall?

Oh wow... yep that would definitely be a reason those babies are coming out big!

My ex is 6'1" and I'm 5'9" - our daughter was born 22" long and hasn't stopped growing since.

Keeping you in my prayers. Hoping things are getting better every day.

Definitely praying for you and your baby RW.

I went through a similar thing with my son.

It was a strange kind of terror.
