I don't think the Site permits any "name" changes. Would have to check with the Site Coordinator on that one.

ZoeBee:

I have been on and off this site for approx. 6 months. I have been mostly reading the last few month and started posting again. I really needed to work on me and I found it somewhat depressing here. I received a lot of positive feedback here, so please don't get the wrong impression. I was in such a rut and had to dedicate a lot of time for just me. I have come a long way in three months and I continue my journey.

I could not agree with you more on the nicknames (I don't believe you can change your name w/o changing your email address and it may be confusing to readers and the site coord.) I would get saddened by the nicknames alone. We all come here desperate and in need of support and HELP! I chose my name because I wanted a positive change. Had I chose another name back then, I would probably want to change it now. I still get stuck and I have been reading on this site for the last week and I see how far I have come and I now want to offer what has worked for me. It may not work for others. I have done so much research and took what worked and left behind what did not.

I have read a lot of your postings and I truly enjoy your outlook. You are a very spirtual person and you seem to be in touch with your wounded self as well as your loving self. Hats off to you! Keep posting - I have got a lot of postive energy just reading your posts.

I work very hard hard every day on me. It's not hard work, it's more dedication to me. I have never took care of me and I no longer suround my self with people that want me to care for them. I am a giving person, but I gave too much and lost myself. I am finding myself more and more each day.

I have a lot of people on this site to thank for thier story and thier advice. I have come a long way because of the positive energy here.

Lots of love and light,

New Me 🙂 I have always been me, but I did not know who me was - I am learning each day by staying connected to my higher power and asking for help and being greatful for what I do have.

As a man, I have to say this regarding women who are "FAT". IMHO, it isn't a problem at all until it become a health issue. Until that point you have to understand that everyone has a different body type. If you look at OPRAH, she is a woman IMHO who is supposed to be over 150 , it is her body type and imho she is doing more harm than good to herself (constant yoyo diets) and to other woman by not actually living her life in HER body, she is constantly wanting to be someone else.

For those woman that are 'FAT', unless it is starting to cause health issues, you are JUST FINE.

Philips;

I agree! I am under (thin) weight (according to other peoples oppinion) and am constantly at the mercy of others mean skinny comments. I don't think they realize how hurtful this is. Now that I have a voice; I let people know in a loving way thier comments hurt. I try very hard to put weight on. I loose weight at the first sign of stress or illness. My eating habbits are good, but when I loose weight I am embarrased of my body and eat as much fat as possible, risking my health.

I am supposed to be thin, I am short. But peoples comments make me feel skinnier that I really am!

Thanks Phillips for bringing up the subject.

I would NEVER comment on someone's size not matter if over or under! People need to remember we are human and every one is different!
