My sister in law was giving my boys a bath and my 3 year old son michael fell right on a block that cut his poor bottom right above his rectum. Its about 3/4s of an inch long and pretty darn deep. I am getting a vehicle over here now so that I can take him to see if he needs stitches. PLEASE PLEASE be praying for us. I am so afraid that the doc is going to think that its abuse when its not. Thanks in advance for your prayers

Thank you all very much. We just got back and because of the location of the cut they decided that it would actualy be better to leave it open because there is less likely chance of it getting infected if there are not stitches keeping it in. Everytime he has a bowel movement we have to give him a sitz bath or something of the sort and we have to keep anti biotics on it 24/7. My poor baby I feel so bad

I hope it heals quickly. I hope you are feeling better as well. So glad there were no suspicions about abuse. I pray you will always always be dealt with fairly the rest of your life, Random, because you are such a good person and loving mother!

Happy to hear no stitches, but either way, its a pain in the butt alright. You girl must be exhausted with what you have been going thru. Hope you get rest soon. donna

Poor lil baby, hope hes okay, so glad he did'nt need stitchess. Think on the bright side. Hunny you have alot on your plate, I know that, maybe its time to rest up as must as you can. Dont exhaust yourself, it was an accident, nothing more. The doctor has seen that you are a loving mother ... I can see that and im in the UK!

UPDATE my sweet Michael son is alright. THe cut doesnt even seem to bother him. Oh yeah and I took this opertunity to potty train and its working great except for pooping he told me MOMMY poopy and it had fallen down to the bottom of his pant leg so we still have some work but he is doing great with going pee
