Try drinking some tea that has ginger in it. THat usually settles stomachs. Otherwise, try some gingerale and saltienes(sp?). That may help ease the sickness so that you can take some of the morning sickness pills. Also, you should put a cool washcloth over your forehead for the migraine. If you have any mints, that also helps with nausea.

ginger. Try some ginger tea or some ginger snaps.

Cut up some fresh lemons and keep them in a baggie and just smell them.

As for the migrane, lots of water.

Are you pregnant?

Randy - Try to breathe deeply in front of an open window. Fresh air is always refreshing to the soul and body.

I pray you will have easy pregnancy with minimal pain.

RW: Have you tried the ginger cookies? Ginger in tea would work just as well. For migraines lying in a dark room w/ cold compresses on your eyes and the back of your head is recommended. I have to sleep mine off.

Random..I notice that you have headaches every morning I do..mine are weather/sinus related. I'm sorry about the morning sickness...I never threw up...I just felt a little sick...hopefully it goes away soon. Do you take vitamins??? They used to make me sick..so I would take them before I went to sleep..so I wouldn't feel how sick they made me...

It's so beautiful here today...

It sux asking for help but once you get over that initial obstacle of having to ask, its nice to get the help.
