Of course we don't mind my dear! we expressed so intensely because we feel for you.

It is very normal for you to feel but it takes a lot of courage for you to let it out. Like me, I am very poor in expressing my feelings. Sometime, I tried so hard to suppress it until it becomes physical problems ( upper shoulder pain ) Then I have to find way to release my stresses.

If you need to let it out. Let it out here my dear!

Hop you will feel better after letting those steams OFF!!!!

🙂

JT....kinda like trying to hold tightly to jello isn't it... you may whine and complain etc etc...we will listen and respond and maybe be tough and blunt with you... and then sappy and mushy..

the light is there....you are closer already.

hang in there!!

yeah, right, like holding tight the jello...........
I think the first step is to "write" .......that helps a lot of my reasoning....then I think I'll try to tell in the next session. It's really hard to put thoughts into words, but it keeps to be reflected in other ways, like lost soul said, stress expressed thro' our body. but, the worst is, if feelings are expressed in this way, it doesn't actually go. So, the "unhappiness" is still there....got to get it out.
By the way, did you guys also read my posts in "to puggy"?

Take your thoughts with you as words...write it down and let your couselor read it. That way you can work on it on paper and the two of you can go over it.

Yes read your post there....

Hey...some peole never even FEEL strong..they only feel weak. and do weak things.

It is okay to not be okiay right now.
You didn't rush yourself to get over the flu did you? Stop rushing now. You are dealing with feelings that you haven't dealt with in years...give yourself some time.

ah, one more thing. I have to confront not only the way of how to think but also the PMS. it's annoying to have this type of emotional flutuation, but can't help it. when it coincides with a real emotional turmoil, then the depression is terrifying. i know there's no reason for being depressed (if it's because of PMS), but you just feel it!

Take it one at a time! It seems like a simple statement but if you can master this one, you can overcome lots of "miseries"
