its only been 3 mos and already red flags about going to jail. Do you really think you can love someone in such a short period of time. Just wondering, how old are you & him?

What exactly are you lookin for in relationship? Emotional stability and maturity, respect, financial security, honor? This man doesn't honor himself or others to commit a crime like that. Love isn't about feeling the ooey-gooey feelings that you have in 3 months time. It's about consistency, availability, respect, communication... how well do you know this person, really? Did you know he was capable of a crime like this? And, if this is only 3 months into the relationship, have you done a background check on this person, and do you know what he's capable of in the future?

I would walk away from this man. Real love takes time. What you are experiencing now sounds like romance not a basis for a relatiosnhip. This man is full of red flags. He has committed a crime, stealing. Where is his value system? Where is yours? Can you ever really trust a man like this? Can you respect him? A relationship requires trust and respect and you don't have that. This man comes with a lot of baggage. You don't need that. Think about what kind of relationship you want to have in your life. Make a list of your criteria. I doubt if this man would meet any of it if you want a healthy relationship.

why is your name slapped twice? Just asking....

You probably read the last few posts and think, this is not what I wanted to hear. I want someone to tell me it's ok, everything will work out here. Well, the fact is, these people have all been down the wrong path with men like you are describing. They know because they have the experience.

Take a moment to think back in your life. Two years ago you may have done something that now, because of experience, you would counsel someone else not to do. This is what experience can do and so I encourage you to pay attention even if you do not want to hear it.

Slapped Twice,

I've seen a documentary about women who love men that are in Jail. And are willing to marry them. The reason for this is because they know where the man is at all times. They also think that these men can not cheat on them with another women while doing time in prison. I'm not sure if you fall into this catagory. But is this what you really want for yourself? A man who isn't available and your only communication is between a glass window, letters or collect calls. I'm just curious as well to know why would you want to be involved in a relationship like this after knowing him for only a few weeks. How many weeks to be exact?
