I just need somewhere to write. When I mess up, I just really get down sometimes. Today I had two meetings at work and I want to one and forgot to attend the other.

My boss called and was angry for me missing the other meeting and not telling him about the other one or something.

I am on my period, its Friday, I woke up this morning and did not even feel like coming. I did little work all day. I look like a bum, I have sneakers on and a gray sweat suit.

I just need to rest and get my life in order I guess. It is one of those days 🙁

Any advice, encouragement, ridicule anything from anyone out there? Please don't mind me.

I know how those days go. It's like you're walking through jello, everything seems heavier than it should be, even your own body!

I say, rent some good movies that will make you cry, buy some ice cream/cheesecake (I know ice cream everyone likes it, I've always been a cheesecake gal), get some BathTherapy in lavendar or some other lavendar smelling bubble bath and just hang out at home. Take a long hot bath, the kind where you have to let the water out and put more hot water in occassionally, get some good sleep tonight.

It's not a cure-all, but it'll make anyone feel better!

Cici forgot to tell you to order the pizza, it goes with movies and the icecream. Your bosses wife most likely yelled at him for being an asshole before he left for work this morning, I am sure it was just displaced anger, harharhar.

Thanks everyone for your encouragement I still might see Schrek 🙂

Guess what happened, I went to church on Sunday and a woman told me that I had been on her mind.

She said that the Lord had been waking her up early in the morning and she was praying/interceding for me.

It made me feel so good to know that Jesus loves me so much that he would do that. Wake someone up just to pray for me. She could have rolled over, rebuked Satan and went to sleep.
I thanked her for her obedience to the Lord.

We are very special to the Jesus for those out there who believe in God. For those who do not. Give him a try 😉

God bless

For me I play violent video games with the sound all the way up and heavy metal blaring until I can't stand it. I have so much work to do at the office I want to scream. i sold myself like superman and now I feel like wonder dogs chew toy... My advice is to breath and practice looking outside of yer head rather than get stuck in it. I call it getting stuck in yer head. When you get stuck its best to be alone because your vivid imagination is trying to entertain you. So, Dr. Dugg says to take a deep breath and focus on the outside on something out there that holds your interests. Focus through the haze and track where you are. That's if you need some focus like at ten in the morning and you have a whole days worth of bull shit ahead of you. If its like three or something fik it and sulk all the way home.

I'd feel real bad about killin them fishes after a week of neglect. I really like my vids. Technology makes it so that you can see the dudes spleen as you blow him to bits complete with realistic screams of the dying.

Deshong,

When I feel real down, I do all of those things and instead focus on something positive. Find at least on thing positive in any situation & it's not that bad. Like, your boss may have yelled at you, but he did not fire you. That's positive isn't it? See, so often in life we are blinded by what's wrong when we need to look at anything positive that can come out of the situation. For me if I can't find anything positive, I simply create something positive. Like, when I had a real bad day at work when I was in North Carolina at college, I rented some blockbuster movies, called the fellas and told them to bring the whiskey & we chilled, just had fun. So, as a result of my bad day, I counteracted it with something positive. I also just make a list of my favorite things & I think about them. JUst a thought. Hope all goes well 4 U.

If you ever want to listen to an album that really understands you I would suggest "Lateralus" by Tool. The main themes are about peeling away the corruption that surrounds you and dig deep down to rediscover the inner you as innocent as you were born.

Oh yeah! Perfect Circle. Perfect Circle decribes everything about a Co-D relationship from good to bad. Very soothing...
