My mom called and wants us to go to the church dinner today. My brothers will both be there also. so my daughter and I are going. Hubby decided he doesn't want to go. I am trying to not let this bother me and trying to not open my mouth. it is HIS decision and I must be ok w/ it; well, at least I must TRY to be ok w/ it. Just needing to vent a little. Thanks for listening.

Bevdee: I'm not forcing it. I know better by now. Sometimes it's hard to believe it will be 15 years in May.

(((mama))) I know just how you feel. I tend to feel hurt when people don't want to do things with me. Just know you are a very dear, special person. Enjoy the time with your mom, and take care of yourself. Let us know how it went.

Dinner was very good. Of course everyone brought in a couple dishes so I took small spoons to sample and my plate was almost full. Had to much to eat. My mom, dad, both brothers, and sister's twins were there.
Got to visit w/ quite a few folks I'd not seen in awhile. Had to get a desert plate and bring it home.
He was burning leaves when I got home. He and the twins then put together the patio table and 2 chairs I bought for mom's day. A bit early, yes, but it was on sale and the seats rock. I guess he felt bad for not going since he put them together for me.
