I keep getting into trouble with my anger. It's really not so necesary I think to show so much, but when I feel it, it just bubbles up like a volcano. Any easy way I can remember to deal with it?

if you feel like hitting out go into a room alone ..somewhere quite and take your anger out their. Also getting some help in person might be very helpful

Dear artist 2,

Why do you think you are reacting to things with anger? What things are happening that you've felt angry about? Can you talk about them? Maybe if you could understand WHY, it would easier to control.

Artist2 - It depends on what happened to you or what made you angry.

If someone has treated you unfairly, you could let/vent your out by punching a pillow while imagining it as the person who abused you. This is what one counselor told me once when I lived in a very opressive situation at work by my direct boss.

Some other helpful methods include: journalingl, meditating, practicing yoga, breathing deeply and relatxation.

Remember honey, the deeper the hurt, the longer it might take for it to be healed and recovered.

Blessings, Ras~

they do have "anger management" groups out there, just like Coda groups and AA groups...you could always check into them and see if they help.
