if you ever have a friend, family, anybody, along the way in you life that needs you ...don't be the man that just stands by... I love this line...one of many" a wise man would rather suffer wrong than do wrong...I don't remember where that came from but it wasn't mine..hey mine are much better..so not true..ok, i a getting way off track, silence, it had to do with a dream i had last night...but i do digress..

I went back on vacation and called beforehand and made a point to see a stroke victim friend of mine..That sounds so pathetic...because she is not at all or ever will be patethic. She is and was a very dear friend of mine. Stroke victims have the same frustrations. I noted with my Buddy that she had to write everything down on paper before she could understand it in her mimd...please let them finish before you do..she and I laughed a lot...even thought there was no communication....we left eadh other with a lot of love...I took her out to lunch and made the mistake of letting her order..she always loved coffee..but she ordedrrd irish coffee..

You know what it really bothers me that I can't verbalize to you all, the courage of this person, this wife, mother of 4, my friend...when i left her ...i didn't want to leave...i wanted to clean her fridge..my sister talked me out of it..she said..i am driving!!

Irishlass, I think you probably did clean her fridge, without doing so. Nice story.

It's good for us to try and look beyond the simple 'read' of the physical looks and mental attitudes of others. With a slight bit of patience and a teeny bit of digging into ourselves and into them, we can find treasure where we were sure there was only wasteland.
