Mainly too cold. Im in the southern hemispphere. I know 50´s F isnt really cold but my heating seems inadequate. I wake up depressed and can´t eat. Turn on the heater(s) and sit to work at the computer. As cold gets to me I even feel some nausea. Walking and cleaning are temporary reliefs. Someone from alternative medicine told me my lithium overdose left my kidney debilitated. Any ideas besides ginger tea and soaking fet in hot water with ginger?

I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling cold. If you think that you may be taking too much medication, I would suggest going to your doctor and seeing if they can help you. If you think you might have kidney trouble, you will want medical help as soon as possible.
Good luck, my thoughts are with you
