Doing the WW thing again, really want the Nutrisystem, I dont care about what about later, I want the fat gone now, Im 54, when is later?

PS the nabisco 100 calorie snacks are great, even if you eat them by the box......D

My problem... exhaustion at this point. I'm still working all the time and then have practice or commitments almost every night of the week. I squeeze in the gym between work and rehearsal, and by the time I get home I'm so tired and grouchy that I totally pig out and go to bed. I wake up in the morning so irritated that I binged again!!!

I'm certainly not losing any weight, but hey, at least I'm building some muscle and keeping my heart healthier by exercising. I just wish I could stop stuffing my face at night.

yes..isnt this such a fun cycle?? but at least we have each other here to encourage and motivate ...or commiserate with. The workout part has been pretty good this week..but the eating part has been kinda shaky..have to learn about moderation. Dont give up. If you mess up one day..exercise more or start it up again. I thought i was doing great, until I tried ot put on a pair of jeans I fit in in november!!
My butt/gut didnt allow the button to even say hello through the sea to umm, fat pushing in between.
Sighhhhhh. so, iguess I'll take that as a heads up and keep goin', but harder, not as half-assedly as I'd been.

Got sick of the tire last year and dropped 50 pds that I didn't realize was that bad, no i'm a solid two hundred with a solid six pack working on myself everyday. It's all I have left to enjoy now is to celebrate myself so that's what I do. I just stay away from all the crap, I'm chowing on about 8 cans of tuna a day and take multivitamins for compensate for anything i'm not getting daily. tuna's not the only thing, but between that, bran cereal, and juices and fruits and veggies....ya that's about it. And lots of sleep. I stopped partying so much so that's easy.

i eat all day long iam walking and still not losing weight i have alot of stress in my life kids bills etc and no matter what its sucking cause i can never seem to get up and work out like 6 am would be the only time id have to work out u know and then i seem to want to eat at 2am every day iam just getting no where ugggggggggggggg

Hi there, I started the carbohydrate diet this week. This is day 4. My rule of thumb is no sugar -no flour. I miss my fruits. It's basically eggs, cheese, meat, and veggies. I'm going to be carb free for 2 weeks and slowly add some carbs. Believe it or not I feel like I have more energy not eating the breads, potatoes, pasta, and sweets. A fella I work with lost quite a bit of weight. Another friend weighed me the other day at work and I weighed 180lbs and my scubs were getting tooooo tight. I think this is the most I've weighed except for being pregnant. I just turned 50 and I know if I don't do something about it now it'll be next to impossible. I would have went to WW but really can't afford the extra expense. I sure wish all of you good luck (including myself) on losing that extra baggage. Just taking one day at a time

i made the mistake of telling my stepson he could pick what he wanted for dinner tonight becasue he had such a good week at school.and I didnt make myself some thing different. he picked McNasty. ((McDonalds.)
I dont even LIKE Mcdonalds, Hence my calling it McNasty, adn I got s "value" meal. It was gross, but I ate it all, becasue I paid for it.
He didnt even like his "stupid" happy meal toy.

LOL, I guess NEXt time I'll tell him "since you were so good at school all week, you can either have A)_____, Or B)_______, no free reign on the ideas of an 8 year old "good dinner.
Sigh...
Guess I'll be putting on my walking shoes tomorrow, and walking as far as I can to burn calories.
Darn darn darn darn.
Oh well, otherwise I feel pretty good though.LOL
