Rev: I am allergic to Chocolate esp as of this season from now up to Xmas, unfortunately! That's why I enjoy baking chocolate cakes, they do not cause me allergy, ironically!

My favorite chocolate is Flake and Toblerone.

Kathy: I like spiritual treats and do them regularly. I usually go to beautiful place where I can feel the presence of my HP and start conversing with HIM. What about your material treat? What do you do to yourself when you want to pamper or treat yourself?

Ras,

I love to take long, hot showers, with no time limit. Then I like to rub in lotion lovingly on my legs and arms and put on something clean.

I don't like to take baths in the summer but in the winter I love a hot, bubblebath with candles and special things added to my bath water to soften my skin and smells real nice. I like to play soft music in the background and sometimes sip on a glass of wine.

I love a piece of dark chocolate as a treat. I also love to sit in the sun while eating ice cream. I rarely eat sweats but once in awhile a slice of cake with sweet icing is my favorite treat.

Another way I enjoy treating myself is by going in late to work or leaving early. I like to treat myself by spoiling me as much as possible.

love,
kathy

You know what was a real big treat here not to long ago was the ICE CREAM SOCIAL THREAD. I absolutely loved it. I smiled every time I pulled it up and looked to see who had stopped in and what flavor they loved. lol. have to do it again sometime.

Guys,

I have had sushi tasting today which tasted absolutely delicious and irresistible. The taste is still in my mouth.

I wonder if any of you has easy recipe for sushi. They looked very simple you know, some rice rolls with some stuffing like crab, salmon, egg etc.

Does any one know how to make sushi at home with easy recipe? I tried to google and ended up with so many recipes. Thanks in advance!

Putting on somehting clean and crisp is a good one, kathy!

I have this pair of victoria secret cotton pants, the kind with the wide leg, and I like to put those on for nights I want to treat myself well...they feel luxurious and crisp and comfy..they make me feel beutiful, not like a sex symbol but like a real movie star! I wear them with a plain white tank top and slippers, and when I am in them I don't sit, I LOUNGE!!! Dramaticly, practicly like swooning...I walk everywhere grandly, I feel stunning and wholesome and attractive and decadent all at once! I think everyone has something that makes them feel that way when they wear it!

Ras, I used to work in a Japaneese restraunt that did sushi, and learned that it is a very high risk food...you can buy sushi grade fish and make it at home, but it's really best left to the professionals. An easy one though is Calafornia rolls, with the sushi rice and some immitation crab, avacado, salmon roe (orange fish eggs) and carrot...and something else, I think zuccini...roll it up in the saweed, dip it in some wassabi mixed in with the soy sauce...yum!

First, I get back to doing the work I love to do. It reminds me of one of my great purposes in life.

Second, I now come here. You have offered me incredible support, empathy, and insights that have helped me more than you will ever know. THANK YOU!!!!!

Third, yoga, pilates, weight training, all that good stuff and then a dove bar or frappaccino!

Fourth, sprituality.

Flower, thank you honey for the tips. I did another google and found California recipe and actually found the recipe quite easy. I will try it tomorrow for supper on labor day.

It was a real treat that I've had today. A delicacy, savory not to be missed and did not anticipate it. It was real surprise to me. They really tasted unforgettable. I will dream tonight thinking about those sushi rolls which I've had today.
