Oh my God, I am laughing my head off right now with the singing. You guys are right on though. I can see the manipulation already, and what's funny, I recognize a lot of it, and just ignore her when it happens. Great example, she ask that I drop her off at the car repair, since her car (which I am paying for) needed some warranty work. The kids were in the car too. She starts rambling about the car, her new job, school, the kids, etc.. I just look out the window while driving, thinking, what an idiot. She just pretends like it was the old days. However, in the old days, this is how she acted as she was sneaking around too. So, why is she rambling away like nothing ever changed? Because maybe nothing has changed except for the fact that I am more aware. I am so looking forward to Xmas eve and Xmas day. I'm going to see my old girlfriend out in the desert, and just have a good time reflecting together on the last 15 years. I also got a call last night from a client of mine, whose wife wants to introduce me to one of her girlfriends, a successful, self made entrepreneur. As I said, for now, this is a pretty good life I have. I will continue to pursue a somewhat limited social life in meeting and seeing these women, and let wacko swim around in her own cesspool for the time being, until or unless I see a reason to pay attention to her and see if she indeed has begun working on herself. You know, as I think more and more about it, she may have gotten exactly what she originally set out for, being on her own.
For now, I'll just continue to deal with my life, and try to have a little fun at it as well. Enough just being Super Dad and workaholic.....
Best to all.........keep those tunes coming......they are hysterical............na na na na.....sorry I can't carry a tune......Randy

Ugh, she is not on her own, if your shouffering her around for car repair. Warrenty or not, sure is convient for her to pick up the phone. That was one of my great lessons, when I moved away, I was alone, there was no one to call, no one to pay, no one, just lil ole me my self and I. Not that it was the best of experiences, but with respect to respect, it sure is and was a wake up call, she wanted her indepencence, make the friggin wacko be independent.
but then again, I know she only has $4k a month to live on, and has been forced to work part time, and ugh ugh is still in school, hell 18-20 year olds away in college, would figure it out, would rather die, than sacrifice their independence, and let the old parents think that they can't figure out things on their own. Hell, doesn't the Mercedes dealership have a pick up and deliver program? Guess I am just fiesty today.

Yeah, I would pull the plug on her as far as little favors like that goes. You're on your own, Toots. Life's rough, get a clue.

She's definitely trying to charm you, make you miss her and her chatter. How lame.... If she only knew what was running through your head, huh?

If only they knew or could conceive of the fact that - you can be "onto them" at some point. Guess the arrogance level is totally blinding, eh? It always is.....never ceases to amaze me. What do you mean - you don't want me and my crap????? Don't you realize how great I am?
