🙂 ...

Does anyone know how i can reach to low cost or free (but still not compromising on quality and also licensed) counseling ? How I can find out which counselors offer these types of services? Thanks if you can help me.

I'm tired of self-help, its slow and i want this thing to be solved as soon as possible. Its not that i've given up helping myself. Its just slow, I think i definitely external help and I am definitely going to try it once, and put in all my effort into it to see whether it can work for me in some way. That is why I am looking for external help (and so many people have suggested it to me). You can say that i need a doctor to heal myself and my wounds are deep, have been there for a long time(showing consistent pattern) and I'm sick of them now. I want a doctor to help me now. I cant do it on my own. Maybe yes, but it will defintely take more time than it would if i sought external help. But thanks for your advice :).

I am not strong financialy therefore i cannot afford the full counseling fees. Any quidance in how to locate good, licensed counselors who provide their service on low or no cost, is welcome. Or isnt there some sort of loan thing, like i can pay him or her later when i am able? Thanks.
