Darkeyes, now if you could only teach us how to pronounce it.

Last night I was watching Good Eats on Foodnetwork. We eat corned beef and cabbage here, but he was saying that corned beef is Jewish and people in Ireland don't eat it. I had never given it any thought.
So what is the traditional meal.

Hmmm Bitsy, I since my sister is making the "traditional" corned beef and cabbage for dinner tonight I will have to tell her this AFTER we eat! 🙂 interesting indeed.

Darkeyes that is what Alton Brown was saying. Some kind of bacon. I couldn't remember. Then I don't know if Irish bacon is the same as American bacon.

Just like Portugese sausage. hmmmmmm.
