I got a calender about 30 years ago that I will never forget. Each month had a picture of a painting that was painted by a handicapped person --most without arms/and or legs--I guess they held the paint brushes in their teeth or with their toes depending on which appendages were missing. One person in the extended family I was living with at the time called it the hoof and mouth calendar.
No one that I've known through the years who has remained my friend has ever been or is now in any way normal--and I'm proud of that fact.
Hopefully this post has not offended any one out there with a handicap, I have immense respect for anyone creative and even more respect for anyone creative who can overcome such a great obstacle.Later.
