Hi all, the monthly argument/crying/don't know how to act around each other has happened again as it has for the past year. I don't know how to break the cycle but I am trying hard to this time. Generally we are uncomfortable around each other for a day and then it's like nothing happened. I'm determined to work this out this time and I'm terrified that he's had enough of it and he'll leave me. I know I can't make him stay and I know it's up to him to make his own decisions and I also know that I love him deeply. How can I get him to talk when he won't even look at me at the moment. We have both said we want to work things out but neither of us know where to start. Is there any help/advice out there?

Every couple goes through times like these. It sounds like yours has become a habit though-almost like you're testing eachother out all the time. You don't say what kinds of things you argue over-are they major issues or petty things? Either way, you both have to be in the right frame of mind to sit down and talk it through. Fear of losing someone you love is part of loving them, but don't let it rule your thoughts, words and actions.
I just lost someone I love, by my own doing, and I am finding it hard to come to terms with.
Always TALK before you/they walk..

I hope things get better for you both. Goodluck!

start with making some changes...cuz if nothing changes, then nothing changes...hope that makes sense...and if its worth it, start now, and see what happens & see if you are both committed to making things better.
